“Tim's review of Casa Fiorenza”
We had a great time at this property. Views were marvelous and the locals were very friendly. A great Amalfi Coast experience. The patio just off of the kitchen was a real gem. We enjoyed sitting out there and eating or drinking and soaking up the view. A nice olive tree provided shade and the owner of the villa maintained beautiful flowers and other flora there that made the patio completely charming. We enjoyed Positano, and we especially enjoyed the boat ride to Capri. The little restaurants in Praiano were all terrific. The food was excellent and the people were very friendly.
“Susan's review of Casa Fiorenza”
Our overall stay was very good. The views from the villa and the outside patio. Again, the Amalfi Coast is just gorgeous. We loved our boat ride to Capri which we booked out of Praiano.
“Deborah's review of Casa Fiorenza”
We have stayed in Casa Fiorenza before and adore this house. We had a relaxing, fun and thoroughly enjoyable stay. Our keyholder was right on time, and we love the location. Location and view and the friendliness of the townspeople in Praiano. Praiano is the least touristy of all the Amalfi Coast towns, yet the restaurants are excellent and we had access to a wonderful market where we could buy fresh produce, meats, wines or drugstore items on a daily basis. The view is absolutely stunning and each time we go, there is something new to discover.
“Michelle's review of Casa Fiorenza”
Very pleased, as it was exactly what we all wanted. Forunata had a wonderful array of foods, wine and fruits for us, it was so special. The view and location was perfect. Kitchen, roof top patio, and kitchen patio! Being a part of the community was enchanting as was hearing the rooster crow every morning. The community atmosphere and views were wonderful
“Julia's review of Casa Fiorenza”
Wonderful. The house was perfect with an awesome views. We will definitely rent from you again! Thank you for doing such a great job. The view. Your organization and follow-through were amazing (even arranging our parking for the week!). Outside patio.
“Julie 's review of Casa Fiorenza”
Our overall experience was hampered by an unfortunate circumstance. The main road through and around the town was being paved and this led to construction noise, local bus routes cancelled, tar smells and for one day a few hours of no access in or out of our apartment. However, the owner was VERY friendly and kind. We were compensated for the trouble we experienced as a result of road construction through the week and this was appreciated. The view and the outdoor dining area. The beach, the local restaurants, and shops were very nice.
“Rick's review of Casa Fiorenza”
It was more than we expected with fabulous appointments and great views. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an Amalfi Coast experience and at the same time being off the main tourist routes. The owner was in residence, and while he left us alone, he was quite nice and provided fresh towels mid week. The villa was completely remodeled and contained all the modern conveniences we needed.
“James's review of Casa Fiorenza”
In a word, "Pleasant". THE VIEW ! The views are stunning and the apartment is beautiful. We arrived to a lovely selection of fresh fruits and other foods. The grocery store is very close and convenient. The semi-private sun deck was a real bonus. Due to a mix-up we had to wait for an extra 30 minutes at the meeting location. The apartment sleeps 4 but we only found 2 wine glasses and 2 water glasses. We also found the cutlery to be in poor condition and there was no sharp knife. Door latches to hold the doors open to the breeze would also have been nice. We felt lucky to have chosen Praiano over the other towns on the Amalfi Coast. It was the least touristy town of all those we visited: Positano, Amalfi, Minori, and Ravello. We found some really nice mountain trails to walk very close to the property including a trail going down to the beach. It was quite steep in places so you will want to be in good pyhsical condition to take the trails.
“Andrew's review of Casa Fiorenza”
The villa exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. Very well positioned in Praiano just a short walk from the Tutto per Tutti wine and grocery shop where all your food needs are available. We cooked lunch and dinner most days in the very well fitted kitchen and all meals were enjoyed on the fabulous patio just next to the kitchen under the shade of a tree with views out over the ocean. The villa was well suited to two couples with private bathrooms. It wasn't long before we got used to walking the local road or down the steps to the village. Both beaches at each end of the town were enjoyable, even at the height of the summer season.
“Andrea's review of Casa Fiorenza”
We had a wonderful time at Casa Fiorenza. The views were INCREDIBLE and the villa was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. It was great to have the opportunity to "live" and cook for ourselves on the Amalfi Coast. The property is well-maintained and the owner lives below and was attentive and friendly, even bringing up citronella candles when the bugs outside were bad. The villa is gorgeous, and the outside patio was a marvelous place to eat, relax, and read. Although it was no fault of the villa, the bugs outside were unpleasant. I got 12 bites, and there were small ants inside the kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Also, the downstairs bathroom shower didn't have a curtain and the water splashed everywhere in the bathroom. The Amalfi coast is beautiful, and it was a wonderful coastline to explore. Praiano is a very small town and almost all of the people we encountered were locals. There is also a fabulous store below the villa, Tutto per Tutti, which is where we bought all of our food and groceries. It was also a good landmark to inform taxi drivers of our location.
