When you come for a stay at Exceeding Expectations, you get four levels of living space, warm interior stylings, quality furnishings, and top-of-the-line amenities to delight the whole family! This mountainside home is ready to wow you with six master suites, private indoor swimming pool, newly updated kitchen, and plentiful natural light to drench the home in warmth and cheer. Located in the Pinnacle Community, this rental home has access to the community's private tennis courts. You can even walk to the nearby community lake access point and the home's dock slip is just a short drive away! Close to Deep Creek Lake State Park and other great area activities, this chalet is great for large family reunions and getaways among friends.


Lake access located across Glendale Rd from the Pinnacle entrance. Dock Slip is located along Route 219 at the Trader's Landing docks. Docks are located across the street from Subway/Trader's Coffee/High Mountain Sports. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

STATE PARK ACCESS: This home provides 2 seasonal state park passes with reservations booked to arrive during the summer weeks (mid-June - Labor Day). Each pass allows 1 car-load of people to access the lake access area at Deep Creek Lake State Park at no additional fee, plus nearby state parks including Swallow Falls State Park, Herrington Manor State Park, and New Germany State Park. Instructions for obtaining these passes can be found in your check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home's full occupancy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
