No8 Argyle Place is a 2 bedroom luxury apartment is just off the main square in Dornoch in Sutherland. The property is less than 2 minutes' walk to the Royal Dornoch Golf Club No8 Argyll Place is a great place to stay. The apartment is warm and welcoming and has everything you need for an enjoyable self-catering holiday.

First Floor:

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes, en suite shower room. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom is equipped with a plumbed over-bath shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail.

Second Floor:

The lounge/ diner & kitchen has a spacious, light-filled, open-plan kitchen/dining/living room covering the entire width of the apartment building. The fully fitted modern kitchen has electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all the pots and pans, utensils and gadgets you could want. The lounge area has 2 settees, coffee table, flat panel TV with Freeview, DVD player and a large library of films, iPod/MP3 dock, tourist information, books and games. The dining table has seating for 6, and plenty of good quality dinnerware and cutlery. There are a number of restaurants, bars and shops in Dornoch. Food shops: There is a Co-op and a convenience store in Dornoch. The Co-op is usually open until 10 pm. Tesco, Asda and Lidl supermarkets are in Tain which is a few miles south of Dornoch. Restaurants: Luigi's on Castle Street, Sutherland House, Links House, The Eagle Hotel, a few others also. Pubs: The Dornoch Inn, The Eagle Hotel, Castle Whisky Bar & Bistro, a few others. Takeaway food: Chinese, Indian, Harry Gow bakers.

A car is recommended for this property, however, is not needed to explore more of Dornoch and the surrounding area. There is a bus service which runs to Inverness from Dornoch. Check the Stage Coach website for more details and times. Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.

“Home from Home”

Great base for a fortnights golf on the manificent Dornoch Golf Links. Weather is as the weather is in Scotland but plenty cosy bars and restaurants (especially Luigi's) to snuggle into.
