Located in North Forest Beach, this third-row home is just steps from the Island's nicest beach and is just a short walk or bike ride from Coligny Plaza! As you step into this home, you will first encounter a pleasant guest room equipped with a queen bed, day bed, television, and full bath. Take the stairs up to the main level and curl up with your favorite book in the cozy sun-filled Carolina room or enjoy a movie in the comfortable living area. Guests may also venture outside to the patio area from this level to enjoy the outdoors. From here, take a few steps down to the pool area for a swim. Enjoy the sun while on the pool deck or fire up the grill and enjoy lunch at the patio table by the pool.
For those meals inside, the main level offers a large kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. The formal dining area has seating for 8. The master suite, also located on this level, has a king-sized bed, a television, and a full bathroom. Guests may also access the patio area from the master suite. Two guest bedrooms, along with a laundry room, complete this floor. The first guest bedroom is set with a queen bed while the second is set with 2 twin beds. These rooms share a full bathroom. For a breathtaking view of the ocean, climb the spiral staircase to the 3rd level of the home.
