“everything I had hoped for”

Reviewed 13 Jan 2012

I spent 3 days with my two 20-something sons and their respective girlfriends, a family reunion of sorts. Everything in the house worked perfectly, so no time consumed with getting things "right". It had all the techie stuff- flat screen TV, Dvds, stereo, wifi, and even a VCR. And everything worked! The hot tub was clean and warmed up when we arrived. The mountain was really only a 3 block walk from the house. Check-in was simple and all the folks we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. When I did have a question regarding starting the gas fireplace I called the company after hours and spoke to a person right off the bat, not a machine. Although she could not help me directly, someone came over within the hour to instruct me on the safe use of the fireplace. there was nothing wrong with it. I was just clueless about using it. He was extremely helpful with a few other questions: he really know the property. The house was perfect for a group of 6: The kitchen/dining area was contiguous with the living room, so everyone could hang out together, whether you were a cook or a couch potato. Not cheap, but worth the $$

“Not to Impressed”

Reviewed 18 Feb 2009

I've stayed in much better. No house book to tell us how to work some items. Management said they'd get one to us after we left? Beds were too soft. TV didn't work the best. Internet kept going out. Instant hot water at sink only had cold water. The only plus is it was close to Snow Summit, but that's about it.

“Nice house, but had some issues”

Reviewed 11 Feb 2009

My family and I really enjoyed the house and how close it was to Snow Summit. However, I don't think we would use it again, because the vacation rental company seemed a little cheap. We paid 1095.00 for 2 nights and they didn't even provide paper towels. We also had to take our trash to a dump site. If we did not remove the trash ourselves, we would have been charged 25 per bag. There was a list a mile long of things we would be charged for if not done.

“Beautiful Cabin !!!”

Reviewed 14 Jan 2009

The cabin was in excellent codition....very clean and well furnished. We loved the location, just a block from Snow Summit. The cabin had everything you will need; coffee /espresso maker, plenty of dishware and pots and pans, ipod docking stations, and plenty of TV's and DVD players. We loved the gas fireplace. My only recommendation is that you might want to bring an extra blanket as the master bedroom was a little chilly. Overall, the property was fantastic !!!!!!!!!!
