“Navarre Towers #902”
I have been going to Navarre Beach, FL every summer for about 7 years. Over the years, I have stayed in several different condos in different resorts; however, I would like to state that this condo supplied all of the amenities a family could need.... leisure reading books for children & adults, a high-chair for babies and toddlers, and tons of kitchen utensils/appliances/dishes/cookware! I would definitely recommend this condo!!
“The good life on the "red neck reviera"”
Well appointed interior. Everything in good operating condition. Did run short on light bulbs. In summary, a very enjoyable experience. Hope to rent about the same time next year. Many thanks. The Walsh family.
“Easter Vacation for Villermin Family”
Overall this was a good stay with only a few minor complications. First of all after purchasing the vacation rental I did not receive any information on what to do. I arrived in Florida with no idea of what to do. I went to the Navarre Towers to check in and found out that I could not check into that location and that I needed to go to Navarre Properties to check in. The representative at Navarre Properties let me use the computer and the phone there to find out where I needed to go. This left me feeling alone in my vacation stay. After I was able to dissolve what I needed to do and got it done I made it to the condo and got loaded everything loaded into the room everything seemed to work fine. When we woke the next morning I went to make coffee and guess what the coffee pot didn't work. Neither one of them for that matter. So I went to the local retailer and purchased one. Next I was not told about available wifi in the room. Which would have been nice since I had some required school work to do on the internet. No one informed me of what to do with the beach voucher that was given to me, again I had to "figure" it out on my own. In one sentence, this was a fairly nice stay but in the future I will be going back to what I use to do for vacation and that is stay somewhere else.
“Life is good in 902”
My family and I recently stayed in 902. Very nice! We have a family of 5, so I appreciated the two double beds in the second bedroom for the kids. There was plenty of space in the closets and furniture to unpack the suitcases. The condo was well equipped and had all of the amenities we needed or wanted for a weeks stay. The only thing we couldn't find when we arrived was the wifi code, which we were able to place a quick call to Dale Peterson to obtain. The kids had a great time and the beaches are clean and beautiful. One of my favorite reasons for coming to Navarre Towers is that it is further down the beach and there is less congestion and more room for the kids to play in the sand. 902 was great. We miss Navarre already!
“Best Beach Stay Ever!”
This was our first stay at Navarre Towers and it is now our favorite place to stay and we will be back! Most well equipped unit and best atmosphere we have ever experienced in the last 20 years we have experienced in staying on the gulf coast. The view was incredible and this beach is truly Florida's Best Kept Secret!
“Accommodations were fine but Navarre Beach was great disappointm”
Navarre Beach has been washed away so you can neither walk on the beach or spread out a towel and lay on the beach. Neither tide seemed to afford both options at the same time. Also we were extremely disappointed at the lack of dining options as well as the inability to buy fresh seafood. It is too far of a distance to drive into either Destin or Pensacola each evening but we did do it two of our five nights. We ate at the Shrimp Basket where the food was good but service awful as they lost our order when we changed tables to get outside. Food at restaurant on the peninsula with volleyball courts was OK and the local open air place on the far side of the road after you go over the bridge ranked pretty high. Oh my gosh give us a white table cloth type place with a view and good fresh fish.
we would definitely stay again. It was very quiet, people were very friendly, place was large and clean. The only thing i didnt like was the pool was in between the two tall buildings, which bad for a strong wind.
“Would visit again”
Loved the unit! It was perfect. Clean, quiet, accessible and with a gorgeous view. I made the error of assumming that check in was at the unit, and in trying to contact the office, we had to wait and be bounced around phone calls. We were supposed to pick up the keys at the office in the Winn Dixie plaza. The office staff was accommodating, and brought us the check in package to our condo room the following morning. Comped beach chairs and umbrella were a nice perk! Enough household items were supplied for our 3 night stay: TP, PT, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, soap, towels. In this, they went beyond to please us. In any case, there were some things I was not real keen on, though. 1. We were told the unit had internet. No internet access code was given with our package, even though there was a wireless device for internet in the condo. I called the office to get the code, but had to leave a message with a secretary. No one ever returned my call with the code. I was committed to do work while at Navarre Beach, but was unable to do so. Poor service and no follow up about amenities. Misleading information was given when I booked the room. I needed internet, and was told the condo had it. 2. Saw vacationers one floor below us (to the right, while facing the Gulf) smoking marijuana while sitting in the porch, and in front of a 4 year old. Although this is not Dale Peterson's fault, I find it bothersome that criminal background checks are not run when renting units. Perhaps I expect too much. Would stay here again, provided we could have internet access.
This is our fourth year to rent with Dale Peterson and have always had a comfortable and easy experience. Cannot wait till next year.
“Great Week at Navarre Towers”
As a regular to Navarre Beach and sometimes Okaloosa Island, we are very experienced with the area. This was our first time to stay at Navarre Towers (NT) condo and would recommend it to all others. We really enjoyed the gated NT condo for several reasons. First, Unit 902 was really nice and comfortable. Master bed was comfortable, as were the furniture in the living and dining rooms. We also liked the gated security system and being further down the beach away from the pier. We also loved the geo-thermal heated pool as a respite from the waves and wind. When we first arrive, we get our groceries for the week and spend a lot of time right at the condo. The condo layout is pretty much always the same, and we enjoy cooking in and fixing snacks during the day. Our only difficulty was that we had forgotten to bring our paperwork along, so check-in was a little difficult, but it all worked out in the end.
