“Beautiful ocean view”

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and serveware. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults.

Travelled for a wedding in August and arrived to this lovely house next to the water!! Very spacious, bright, clean house. Would recommend to my family and friends, for sure!!!

Response from the owner Thank you for the nice review. Just to let you know we had the water tested three times after we had the well drilled because we kept detecting an odor. They assured us that the water was of the highest quality. They finally figured out that because of a high sulfur content we could detect the odor for about 30 seconds. The mystery was finally solved. we would welcome you back anytime.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
