Make the most of your stay by taking advantage of our unmatched personalized service while enjoying all the comforts of home and more in this luxury 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms condo in the heart of Mexico City. The owner is a bilingual US expat who has resided in the city for eleven years and is on call 24 hours a day to make your stay very special. The apartment is located in a modern high rise building which has door men and security 24/7.

PRIME LOCATION:

The condo is within walking distance, visitors will find the Paseo de la Reforma, Parque de Chapultepec,the Angel of Independence and several major museums and attractions. . The building is only a 15 minute walk to the Castillo de Chapultepec, the National Museum of Anthropology and few other museums in Parque Chapultepec.

PERSONALIZED SERVICE

Our personalized service starts the moment you arrive with complementary airport pickup (minimum stay of 5 nights required for free airport transportation). Once you checked in at the condo, you are given a loaner phone to be able to reach us to assist you with all your needs during your stay. We also offer our guest a tour of the condo complex facilities along with pointing out restaurants and grocery stores, pharmacies and such. Flexible check-in / checkout hours are offered whenever possible. A private car service with our highly recommend bilingual driver is available upon request at very reasonable rates.

COMFORT / AMENITIES:

The unit is furnished with pillow top mattresses, high thread-count sheets, quality towels, drinking water, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, television. The unit also has a washer and dryer. High speed INTERNET - WI-FI is provided in the apartment.

Response from the manager Agradezco que esta hu�sped tome el tiempo para hacer un comentario. Sobre su llegada en el aeropuerto, la pobre se�ora tuvo que esperar dos horas y medio para pasar a inmigraci�n la noche de su llegada y estaba de mal humor saliendo de la terminal de aeropuerto. Ofrecemos el transporte al aeropuerto sin costo a la se�ora y nuestro representativo pas� m�s de dos horas esperando su salida. Aunque me hubiera gustado haber tenido el tiempo para conocer la hu�sped en persona, creo que la hu�sped se le dio servicio muy personalizado por parte de mi gerente Cornelio que dirigir a todos sus necesidades hasta imprimiendo sus pases de abordar para sus vuelos el d�a de salida. Cornelio estaba de guardia 24/7 para la hu�sped y vio a la hu�sped en el departamento en varios ocasiones durante su estancia.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
