Description

Lavender Cottage is available for weekly self catering stays and short breaks outside school holidays. The cottage is ideal for small families and couples with bath/shower facilities on each floor of accommodation. The cottage was rated 4 stars by Visit Britain last year so is well equipped especially in the kitchen.

There's lots to do in Lyme Regis being in the middle of the Jurassic Coast between Charmouth and Seaton. Plenty of walking by the sea or countryside inland. Many restaurants including MArk Hix's Fish & Oyster Restaurant and Hugh Fernley Whittingstall's River Cottage Canteen in Axminster

We accept dogs but charge an increased refundable security deposit of £200 (normally £100).

“Peaceful location in beautiful Lyme Regis”

The cottage is perfect, located short walk from beach and other attractions, stylishly furnished and immaculately clean. Lots of lavender bushes in the terraced garden. We have visited several times and have always been very satisfied.

The cottage was cozy. Heating and beds were good. Kitchen a good size. Decor and cleanliness average. Garden a mess and kitchen drains overflowing. In summary ok, cozy but in need of TLC.

Response from the owner Thanks for the feedback. It's true the garden is left alone in winter and outside kitchen drain sometimes gets blocked due to birds dropping moss into it! I'll remind the cleaners to give it a clear out and check over the garden.
