Just two blocks from downtown Moab! The Cottonwood Retreat is a gorgeous and well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a shady, park-like back yard. Easy walking distance to all of your favorite shops and restaurants while being a quieter place to escape when you go home for the night. Recently updated with all new flooring, kitchen appliances and epoxy coated garage floor.
This unit features an impressive master suite complete with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with two sinks, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and a sliding glass door that offers access to the hot tub and back yard. The two additional bedrooms include a queen bed or two twin beds. This unit also has a unique enclosed patio immediately off the dining room, perfect for an early morning cup of coffee or a romantic dinner. Other amenities include: (2) roll away beds, satellite TV with a large 54 in flat screen, DVD/Blue Ray player, hi speed Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, (2) car garage, year round access to the community indoor pool and a fenced in, shaded back yard complete with hot tub, fire pit, plenty of seating and a hammock for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Certainly one of the best locations in Moab because of its central location, the Cottonwood Retreat is conveniently located nearby all the local amenities including the Mill Creek Parkway trails, Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center, Moab Library, Museum of Moab and the Moab Information Center.
No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. There are no refunds given for inclement weather, flooding, natural disasters, loss of power, etc that are beyond human control. All efforts will be made to keep you comfortable; if we need to move you to another location, we will do so if possible, given availability.
Cottonwoods townhomes do have access to an indoor shared swimming pool. It is controlled & operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.

“Very nice condo.”
Liked the condo. Many extras are in the unit. Nice touches and well decorated. Had more issues with rental agency, Vacayhero than anything else. Stay away from Vacahero.
