Just 2.5 blocks from Main Street. You will be able to walk to all your favorite shops and restaurants. Arches West comes with every upgrade offered, and is the only 4 bedroom unit at the Cottonwoods that can sleep 15. This unit also features access to an indoor pool that is open year round. Watch Dish Network Satellite TV with DVR on the large LED TV. Huge, Open Great Room with all tile floors. A new Sleeper Sofa in the great room offers even more sleeping options. Top Quality Kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, and Hanstone solid surface counter tops. Custom Mexican Pine Dining area with seating for 8. The custom Master Bedroom is expanded to include an office area, and features a Dual Head, Steam Shower. There is a King Size Bed, and a sliding glass door allowing direct access to the hot tub and patio. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have Queen Beds. The smaller 4th bedroom has a 3 tier Twin Bunk Bed. The main bath features a jetted bathtub and copper sink. Four roll away twin beds are included in this unit.
Ideally located in downtown Moab, you are close to Main Street, as well as the brand new Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center. Also located nearby are the Moab Library, the Mill Creek Parkway, the Moab Information Center, and our event planning centers where you can schedule all your adventures for your trip. “Beautifull house at good location”
This is a very luxurieus and spacious house at a good location in Moab. Ideal for relaxing and a good alternative for hotels.

Staff was very helpful, pool was great, rooms clean and beds were comfortable. Great value for people on sightseeing tour - easy access right off freeway.

After many days in Motels and Hotels just one day in our own fully equipped house making our own barbacue was perfect.
“Convenient for family gathering”
We have stayed in this group of condominiums a number of times when our family gathers for the half marathon. It is not only a convenient location but also the perfect set up for our family. We enjoy having access to a pool, having a nice kitchen, and lots of gathering space.
We went to Moab to go hiking for the weekend. It was a very nice place, with no issues with the unit at all. Well kept up, very nicely located in Moab. Only issue we had was with the pool being inaccessible due to the lock. Called the number on the door and got some lady who didn't really care to help. But the unit itself was fantastic.
This is a beautiful home, with everything you could possibly need, in a perfect location in Moab. Beds are comfy, house has generous space for a large party, and you can walk downtown in minutes. Easy check in and out, kitchen has every pot, pan or gadget you could need, I have nothing but positives for this place. We'd stay in this unit again any time.
“Thanksgiving in Moab was fantastic...even with no sun!”
393 Williams Way afforded us the space we needed for 3 couples to relax and have fun together and alone! We had a number of friends with us in town and hosted the holiday meal for 20! We had more than enough space for people to sit and eat, watch football and stay warm by the fire. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, bowls, silver etc. The garage was huge so we had room for all 6 mountain bikes, road bikes, dirt bikes, turkey roaster and more. The location is perfect for walks to town, walks thru the woods and easy access to Kane Creek and Pritchett Canyon. This particular unit had a steam shower that everyone enjoyed because it was so cold! We ran, biked and hiked knowing we would get really warm when we got back to the condo. Finally, the team at Moab Lodging were fantastic to work with. They answered all our questions promptly and offered to help with our payment methods. I can't think of anything negative to say that they can control. If they had access to turning on the sun it would have been perfect but Moab is always amazing for us! I will continue to use their services and stay at the Cottonwoods as long as we can.

This place was amazing. It was very clean and spacious with a large fully stocked kitchen so family dinners were perfect. I would definitely stay here again. It was also very close to town which was perfect for everyone.
