This bi-level, luxury condo is located right on the edge of the Moab Golf Course and offers all the convenience and comfort of home, plus a beautiful view of the West Rim of Moab Valley.
Downstairs, the cozy living room is furnished in sumptuous Southwest style and features a gas log fireplace. The dining area has table seating for four, plus there is a small snack bar with three stools for extra dining space. The pass-through kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware and all the appliances, including dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. A utility pantry at one end provides a clothes washer and dryer. The downstairs bathroom, located off the entry hall has a shower (no tub). A convenient interior door in the entry hallway opens into the attached, single-car garage, where you can safely store your recreational toys.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the oversize second bedroom provides two double beds. The upstairs bathroom has a full tub/shower and is shared by both bedrooms.
The private patio, located just off the dining area, provides the finishing touch to this luxury accommodation. Here, you'll find picnic furniture and a charcoal barbeque grill, perfect for a cookout after a full day of Moab fun!

The unit was comfortable, neat, and clean for the four of us. The location was further from central Moab than expected. WiFi access was a problem, resolved by management recommendation to use a neighboring unit's connection. It would be good to have instructions on what could be recycled.
“Great place and great location!”
This unit was clean and well stocked with with towels, etc! We loved the location. It was perfect for 2 couples! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was an added bonus!
This was a very comfortable unit in a very quiet complex facing the golf course. The location is great and easily accessed. The complex has a nice pool with coded access. Since we were here in the summer it would be nice to have fans in the bedrooms and an umbrella on the patio for shade for this southwest facing unit. The management company was excellent with reservations, directions and supplies in the unit.
After having found out how to get into the house we were surprised about everything. Not only we had a lot of space but also everything looked so nice. We liked to sit in the rooms as well as outside on the patio and watched the cute rabbits. We were sorry that we only had three days to stay there. It definitely was the best accommodation we had on the entire trip. We highly recommend a stay there.

“Nice for more than 2 people”
Nice bedrooms, small living area on first floor, but adequate unless you were going to spend a lot of time in the unit.
We couldn’t have been happier with the Hennings Escape accommodation in Moab. The complex is in a quiet, upmarket part of town and is fully equipped with everything you might need. It also has a view of the adjacent golf course and mountains behind from the patio. The self service check in/out is brilliant; no need to collect keys or arrange to meet anyone. And in general the service was good – we had no problem getting hold of someone on the after hours number when we had a query, and booking through the website was straightforward. The living area would be quite tight for 6 people, but it was perfectly spacious for two of us.
“Overpriced condo of average comfort.”
Condo was okay, Stairs difficult. Unit overpriced. We enjoyed the Moab area, especially the arches National Park and this unit was reasonably located for visiting both arches and Canyonland. Outdoor pool located about a block from unit not useful when the cold wind was blowing. Single bath located between two bedrooms, a bit awkward. Bedroom with two queens quite cramped.
Response from the manager Thank you for your stay with us this April Judy. I wanted to take the opportunity to address some of your concerns. First, these units do have stairs. They are nice, large size stairs that provide easy access to the loft area and upstairs bedrooms. We do have a large inventory of single story units with no stairs, and I'd recommend that for your next stay. Your stay was during one of our busiest events of the year, the April Action Car Show. Rates are significantly lower other times of the year, and I'd recommend different dates for your next stay. These units actually feature 2 bathrooms, not 1. The upstairs bathroom is in a Jack and Jill configuration, which is a good fit for the condo layout. If you'd like your own bathroom on your next stay, we have several condos and townhomes with master suites that would be perfect for you. “Comfortable home away from home”
A comfortable, well equipped, clean and quiet condo with views of the Moab rim and golf course. Moab Lodging and Property Management were helpful and efficient. Well worth the cost which was about the same as a hotel room.
“Quiet and relaxing”
The four people in our group are all eligible for the "senior discount" so having a place to relax after spending the days enjoying the National Parks was wonderful. So much cleaner and welcoming than a hotel room or suite.
