“Condo and amenities did not meet our expectations for the price.”

The cleanliness of the condo was only fair with some parts poor. The carpet and floors were dirty, the kitchen table seat cushions were very dirty. The carpet was unraveling where it meets the kitchen tile by the stove and sink. The bathrooms were ok and the fridge was clean. Some of the cooking utensils were dirty. Some bedding was shabby. The upstairs shower has very little water pressure, needs new shower head. Also, we were there so 3 out of our 4 adults could run the half marathon. That is an event supporting Moab, and we should have been given late check out privileges, so our runners did not have to change in the car and not shower at all. 1 pm would have sufficed. When reserving, I was told there was no late check out and I could pay for half a day—not. Then when I called checking out at 9 am, the person I talked to said there is a late check out, if no one is checking in that day and there was, so we could not have late check out. So I received miss information when making the reservation. Also, a 1 pm checkout just 2 hours after regular check out would have been enough time for you to ready the place for the next guest. Our grand kids, were very disappointed that the pool area was not lit after dinner. We could not use the pool because there was no lighting. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this condo. We stay all over the country and expect services to come with the cost. A cheap motel would not have expected as much as you did upon our leaving. Late check out should be available, even when new guests are arriving, like other places. We were really surprised, and disappointed. Based on this experience, I do not know if we will use this rental again.

Clean & Comfortable for me, wife, and two adult children. Property lacked basics like coffee and laundry detergent. Small welcoming amenities that everywhere else has was lacking here. Running for coffee after driving to Moab was not convenient; another run for detergent was annoying. Also there are a number of "reminders" posted all over that were not welcoming either. Coffee and fewer reminders would get this property a better rating. Nice private patio for stargazing. Everything worked. Property looked as advertised on website.

Very clean and quiet. This is the second time we have stayed in this complex with this company, and it was great. Go to City Market and buy some food, cook a home made meal,and it is like coming home each night!

The location corresponds to large, nice, comfortable and clean houses. However, it is difficult to find at night especially since it is hard to contact any staff. You also have to be careful not to run out of hot water.

This condo was the perfect retreat at the end of the day. It was clean and well maintained. Having the garage and laundry was a bonus.
