Description

The Cottage on Parkway Loop offers you an opportunity to relax and enjoy a peaceful space is that just minutes away from all our beautiful area has to offer.

At 600 sq ft Cottage has a lot to offer for its diminutive size. Downstairs are the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. A full bath with claw-foot tub and laundry adjoins the living room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king- sized bed and half bath. This light filled room is tucked into a dormer with large windows looking out into a canopy of trees. A small nook entices you to stay and read a while.

The fully equipped custom kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Other amenities include: cable tv, roku, dvd player, high speed and wireless internet connections, washer/dryer and air-conditioning. The sofa in the living area folds out into a queen sized bed, with bedding provided.

The Cottage on Parkway Loop is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just one mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway and ten minutes from downtown Asheville. This convient location with easy access to interstates 40 and 240 gives you access to all the delights of downtown, while being close to many of the outdoor attractions that make WNC such a wonderful place to be.

One mile away, the Blue Ridge Parkway is your avenue to spectaular views, cascading waterfalls, and revitalizing hikes. The cottage is only 12 miles to the extensive mountain bike trails at Bent Creek, and 20 miles from Chimney Rock and Lake lure. The legendary Biltmore House is just minutes away on Interstate 40.

“Just a Great Place”

We got to the cabin and were tired, we got ready to make coffee and realized we would have to go to the store to get some cream. Opened the fridge an Muffi had stocked some cream (Moo Moo Minis). I tell this story because it is the way things seemed to go for the next few days. So many of our needs were met and anticipated. The "eye candy" of the cabin was just grand, the craftsmanship superb, windows in unusual places, high quality windows, and very clean, very quiet neighborhood, easy parking, close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Biltmore. Very nicely done, As Arnold S. says "I'll be back"

“Relaxing and Cozy”

The owners of this property did a wonderful job of renovating this cozy cottage. It was clean, well appointed, cozy, and thoughtfully done. We celebrated Valentines weekend and did some sightseeing but would have been just as happy staying inside all weekend. It had everything you need in a compact but comfortable area. The setting was quiet yet the location is very convenient to asheville and Biltmore. The only thing we missed was having a fire in the fire pit outside due to cold and snow. We will return to enjoy this cozy cottage and all that asheville has to offer.
