Sitting with the patio right on the ocean front, this is a really great place to spend all of your vacations! Sleeps up to 5 persons, (over 12 years). Views to die for! Views from the livingroom, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom. Enjoy watching waves with dolphins, maybe a whale, lots of sealife, cruise ships non-stop throughout your day and evening! Breathe fresh ocean air, relax on a chaise lounge, and sip a margarita, (or your favorite beverage) while you read a good book, get some sunshine, or just get-away from the desert heat! The best year-round weather anywhere!

Great location close to the beach access at Stone Steps, and an easy walk into town, or just a few blocks over to restaurants.

The owner is updating to wood flooring upstairs, updating the bathroom vanity counters, and and much more very soon, following the busy season. I will send out notes to previous renters to come back and re-review. The carpet does have wear stains leading up the stairs, and this is being addressed right away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
