Modern, and comfortably furnished, with 1,200 square feet this two bedroom two bath apartment offers you incredible comfort! Large glass sliding doors from the master bedroom to the little patio. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout add to the luxurious feeling of your stay. Check your emails with our high speed wireless internet access from inside the apartment.

A high quality pillow top California King mattress guarantees a great night sleep. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as a 6 jet bathtub whirlpool in the bathroom!

The second bedroom has a Queen bed with high quality mattress and closet!

Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and comes fully equipped with everything you need.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside rental or inside building. The fine is one thousand dollars! IF YOU ARE ARE SMOKER, YOU NEED to go walk outside building to smoke, and do NOT throw butts on the street, grass or plants. The building has security cameras. Please dispose it accordingly.
No pets allowed! so sorry, as we have many guest with allergies.Fine $300.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. We always try to improve our rental to please our guests. We provide the basic cable, and you said you wanted the food channel, so as a courtesy, I called the cable company upon your check in to ask how much would cost to add the food channel, and I gave you the price quoted. You never mentioned CNN because we actually have CNN. The kitchen cabinet has olive oil, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc that is available if guests wish to cook few things. Most of them appreciate those items, so they don't need to buy it a full container of oil just to fry an egg. The linen closet is not for guests use.Guests have plaint of closets! Its for our linens/towels storage and since we provide enough towels/linens/beach towels for our guests, they aren't allowed to touch our storage that is actually very well organized:) We are happy to provide more if guests ask us, as we are always on call and available! We also provide few jackets for guests in case they forget to bring a warmer clothes. The same in bathroom, in case they forget shampoo/conditioner. The price for this location is the best. You get 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath... The less expensive hotel in this area is $300/night (plus $30 parking/night) + taxes for only 1 bedroom. Most of my guests are very happy to get this deal. Sorry if you weren't so happy, Remember that vacations rentals aren't hotels, only an alternative more affordable than hotels.

Response from the owner Its heartbreaking to read this untrue review. All the information contain in this review is false, except for the elevator not working due to power outage during a severe storm that we had at that time. The security deposit were fully returned automatic from FlipKey. The location is 2 blocks from La Cienega - witch most of my guests are happy about it, so they can walk to restaurants, shopping and coffee's shops, and no one ever complain about noise. I also had a great conversation with her 2 sons upon check in, and no knees surgery was mentioned, they actually told me they are active soccer players, and they love the sport. Making unreasonable demands promising to write a bad review is not something that will make me succumb to anyone. Fortunately I have years of great guests before someone came along making demands and then writing a bad review for my unwillingness to comply. I am truly sorry to have had such an unhappy guest. I try to treat my guests like family...and because it isn't a hotel with room service, maid service and a front desk, I try to be as accessible as possible to make sure everyone's vacation is the best!
