During peak season which runs from first week of February through first week of April and again from first week of June through first week of August we require Saturday to Saturday reservations. If your dates fall out side of this requirement please send an inquiry. We will try to accommodate shorter stays or non typical stays whenever possible. With its spacious, open floor plan, this home was recently remodeled and tastefully furnished with your comfort and relaxation in mind. It's a four bedroom “get away” conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Palm Harbor, an upscale residential neighborhood of Clearwater, perfect for executives and families.

Enjoying nearly 365 days of sunshine, this home is an ENTERTAINER'S DREAM with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, vaulted ceilings and a spacious, open floor plan that spills onto a covered lanai and private pool. It is freshly painted with new tile flooring throughout, decorated exquisitely with the most discerning guests in mind.

You will enjoy the fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN with "eat in bistro dining", or if you prefer, a formal dining room that opens up to seat 10 comfortably. A barbeque and comfortable patio furniture offer more dining choices.

Walls of sliding glass doors from kitchen, dining room and master suite open to invite you outdoors to relax or entertain in a lushly landscaped tropical retreat with screened lanai and large, sparkling pool. Pool toys are provided and a child protection safety fence can be installed upon request.

The office offers a place to work or stay in touch through the Internet with free WIFI.

The MASTER BEDROOM RETREAT is located away from the rest of the house for you to enjoy your down time. It opens up to the lanai, has a walk-in closet, and luxurious master bath with a garden tub.

The beds and linens, throughout the house, are brand-new and sooooooo comfortable. There are 2 kings, a queen and 2 sets of bunk beds. Altogether, 10 people are easily accommodated.

The living area boasts a 60" HDTV with a BluRay DVD-CD player and digital cable package with over 200 channels. The bunk bed room has a smaller TV/VCR with about 75 children's movies.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and parking for up to 4 cars.

Special Note: Unreasonably loud noise and music, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Please plan your trip accordingly and contact us with any questions or clarifications.

Special Note: Pool is heated (subject to #24 of the home rules published on this site and in your rental agreement) throughout the year in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate during winter depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 18 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay.

LOCATION:

You are conveniently located to many famous attractions on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is minutes to eight world-class beaches including Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. Nearby year around attractions such as Innisbrook Golf Club, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Busch Gardens Theme Parks are popular. In every season you can buy tickets for Tampa Bay sporting events: spring, major league baseball training camps; summer, Tampa Bay Ray's baseball games; fall, Buccaneers football team; and winter, Lightning hockey team. For day trips, drive only 90 minutes to Orlando Sea World, Universal Studios, and Disney World!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
