“It all worked. Terrific in every way.”

Reviewed 10 Jul 2013

Perfect place. Quiet, comfortable, great location with all the modern facilities one would need. Large common space with a great kitchen. We enjoyed having breakfast together in the morning to plan our day then returning late in the afternoon for some wine and cheese before going out for dinner. Would stay there again and highly recommend to our friends Thank you Filippo for being so helpful and kind.

Response from the owner thank you for the review, I hope you will be back soon!

“Fantastic apartment, location and value”

Reviewed 4 Jan 2013

We have rented flats all around the world and this is one of the best we've ever had. We took our 17 year old niece and 19 year old nephew to Rome for the week of the U.S. Thanksgiving. This flat couldn't have been better. The location was excellent and there were plenty of amenities in the surrounding streets. You have to enter a courtyard and the flat is at the back of the courtyard. It opens into a great room that has a fully equipped kitchen, eating table, living room and large flat screen TV with cable. There is also internet access. To the left side is a bedroom with its own bath. To the right is an efficiency apartment with a mini kitchen and a washing machine. That room has a separate entrance and separate bath. Immediately above the efficiency is a third bedroom with a separate bath. Outside on the landing is a cupboard with a washer and a dryer. All of the bathrooms were large, the water pressure was fantastic (especially compared to what we've had in other European cities), and we didn't run out of hot water. It was a great set up for the kids to have their own rooms separate from ours. And, each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. We rented a flat several years ago near the Spanish Steps and looked at renting it again, but it was almost 50% as much as this flat. Turns out this flat was a much better choice. If we head to Rome again, we will definitely look at booking with Filippo again.

Response from the owner thank you for your kind words! we take them as reward for our effort to make Orsetto the best apartment in Rome!

“Great apartment!”

Reviewed 29 Feb 2012

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nites during one of our stops in Italy. It was centrally-located, spacious and new, complete with modern comforts. Filippo was most prompt and helpful in his response to my queries both before and after we have booked the apartment. It was also greatly convenient that the taxi stand and tourist info booth were so near the apartment. Would we stay here again when we next visit Rome ? Most definitely, yes!

Response from the owner thank you Ling for your kind words! we hope you'll return and stay at one of our Orsetto apartments! filippo

“Pretty much perfect!”

Reviewed 20 Feb 2012

We stayed at the Orsetto for the last week of our 6 week European holiday. We stayed in apartments the whole trip as we like the space and ability to make our own breakfast. The Orsetto was the best place we stayed overall, beautifully appointed and decorated, quiet and centrally located, fantastic restaurants literally next door and across the road! We walked everywhere from here and it was no problems even for my 70yr old dad. Irina, our greeter, was lovely and booked a car to take all 6 of us and our huge pile of luggage to the airport. Also, importantly, the beds were very very comfortable and the pillows delightfully soft. I would definitely return to stay here and will be recommending it to our friends and family!

Response from the owner thank you so much for your encouraging words! Filippo

“Wonderful stay”

Reviewed 4 Jan 2012

My husband and I and three other adults had the privilege to stay at Orsetto during our recent stay in Rome. It is a beautiful apartment that is spacious, bright and has large flat screen Tv's in every room. (Not that we had time to watch TV.) It is centrally located and a very easy walk to many of the sights that every tourist wants to see. The bathrooms are very large and reminiscent of the Roman baths of old. I highly recommend staying at Orsetto and will do so again when we return.

Response from the owner thank you Zena! You were great guests. I hope you will come back and stay at Orsetto!
