Welcome to our walk-out condominium at beautiful Pointe Santo just steps away from the warm sandy gulf beaches.

The complex shaped like a horseshoe facing the gulf, is situated around a spring fed lagoon.It is one of the most sought after vacation properties located on secluded, shell strewn Sanibel Island.

Only 25 minutes away from South West International Airport (RSW), you feel you have truly arrived on a subtropical island.

Our property offers you many amenities which include a heated pool, whirlpool, beach volley ball, tennis courts, shuffle board and a children's program.

We are proud of our condo D4 with its fabulous views, remodeled open kitchen, easily accessible first floor walk-out convenient to the pool, beach and gas grills. Both bedrooms have televisions and ceiling fans, with a king bed in the master, and a queen and twin in the second bedroom.

You will find beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels available for your use. So easy to walk out the lanai to the gulf.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Janet (the owner) a message.

If Janet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
