Description

This is "Old Florida" at its finest. Located on 3 acres on the St Johns River in Colee Cove. This is the guest house on our property that was the original house built in 1949 and moved and renovated at the front of the property in 2000.

The house sleeps six comfortable with two queen size beds and one full size pull out couch. Both bedrooms have on suite full baths. All the amenities exist, Full kitchen, HD Cable TV, Wifi, PC, washer and Dryer, grill and Smoker.

You have full access to our dock which is deep water access at 6' at low tide. The upper deck is an enclosed screen area that boost some of the most beautiful sunsets. For the fisherman, we have both fresh and salt water species. Fresh-world class Large mouth Bass Fishing, Bream, Catfish and Specs. Salt-Redfish, flounder and stripped bass.

Ospreys, manatees and eagles are among the many different types of wildlife that can be spotted at various times of the year.

If quiet and quant is your objective then you have found it! It is not everyday that you can sit under 300 year old oaks and only be miles from the oldest city in the US.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Buddy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
