Location was ok. Organisation and communication was poor. Have rented multiple apartments around the world and this would have to be the worst.

Response from the manager when you rent an aparatment its your responsibility to reach the provided address. You have been sendng mesages saying "I am lost" as if we knew your location. If you cannot use google maps or find your way around, take a taxi, but dont blame others...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
