Description

The apartment is a luxury apartment located in a fully refurbished building in the centre of San Sebastian.

The apartments comprises a huge living area with integrated kitchen. There are 2 sofas (one turns into a sofabed by simply rotating the back), and flat TV. The apartment is very welcoming and decorated in bright colours. It is perfect for family accommodation.

The bedroom has continental size bed, all mattresses are memorry foam, including the one in the sofabed.

The bedroom and living area have balconies overlooking the shopping area.

In the bathroom there is shower cubicle, toilet and bidet, and electric towel rail.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI access and all the amenities that will make your stay memorable.

“Excellent centrally located San Sebastian apartment”

Both the apartment and the details on how to find and let ourselves into the apartment were first class. Centrally located on a pedestrianised street the apartment and its entrance area were spotlessly clean with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Just minutes away from the main beach area and the old town and surrounded by high class shopping and quality supermarkets. Excellent value for money.

“San Sebastian dream apartment”

This apartment was a great experience from start to finish. It's an easy walk from the train station and the manager was waiting for us right at the door when we arrived with a friendly smile. The apartment was clean and new with modern furniture. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you need to cook a meal. Even basics like olive oil, basic spices, coffee, tea, sugar, pots & pans. Speaking of food, this apartment is around the corner from a wonderful market and restaurants & shopping. You are really in the middle of everything. The street noise was not bad becasue it is on a pedestrian only cross street. People watching off the balconies was a pleasure. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were all state of the art. The TV had a good selection of English speaking cable channels, even Cnbc and CNN. The wifi signal was strong and included in the rental fee. A nice surprise was the bed: It was us "King size” and very soft and comfortable. Other places we stayed had hard mattresses. Another feature we appreciated was the "black-out” shades in the bedroom, you could sleep in darkness if you like, perfect for napping! The bathroom/shower was good with strong water pressure and plenty of towels, even soap and shampoo if you needed it. We were very impressed with the customer service when we had one issue. Our little coffee maker broke so I called the number the manager gave me. They picked up right away and where there in 5 minutes to try and fix it. The coffee machine was not fixable so they replaced it within the hour. I would say that is better service than in most hotels and you don't expect that in an apartment rental. Very impressive! Finally, we had a late train back to Barcelona and they let us stay in the unit until late afternoon, we really appreciated that. I would highly recommend this rental it was a great experience and I would rent this unit again.

“Central, clean and comfortable”

Perfectly located, clean and comfortable, and with all the facilities required for a week away. Our stay in the appartment really added to our idllyic week in Donostia. The appartment is modern but does possess an atmosphere and we found it nice to chill out in. The appartment is perfect for two people but with one bedroom, the idea of a pull out bed for in the main room for more than two people might not suit everyone . Only a few minutes from the beach and the old town, the location is the biggest plus. I'd highly recommend it.

we recently stayed in san sebastian for 7 nights and found the apartment everything we had hoped for and more. with 2 small children we hoped it would be ok for such a young age - however the apartment catered for all our needs - esp the toys and peppa pig dvd - a huge hit with our 2! the place was immaculate when we arrived so we settled in straight away. everything was on our doorstep - even a brilliant supermarket with the most gorgeous breads and deli section. if we had to be picky you can expect some sreet noise due to the location and we were opp the bins which were emptied twice a day - early and late. however it didn't take away from our holiday exp. san seb is a fantastic place - ideal for any age, thanks for everything. would love to think we'll be back again soon.

Booking the apartment was very easy and I had an idea that if the rental company were good to deal with prior to getting there then it would be a good experience all round and this proved to be the case. The apartment is very central, right in the middle of town, five minutes walk from the main beach and the old town. It is on a pedestian street and as such has no traffic noise and is around the cormer from a great food market. We were met outside the apartment which was very easy to find from the bus station by a very friendly lady (Nuria)who showed us around and left her mobile should we need anything. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you would need and more, very clean, modern and comfortable. Nice extras like beach towels, dvd collection, and three pin electical plug fittings. It's quite a large one bed apartment with an extra sofa bed if needed. In all, Donostia San Sebastian is an exceptional city and the apartment was ideal for us.

I stayed here with my partner for 7 nights. We had a fantastic time. The apartment was immaculate, everything was as advertised, the location was perfect- close to everything. The owners were fantastic, very friendly and helpfull. We would definately stay there again. Thanks again Nuria and Nurea.

Le lieu idéal pour passer de superbes vacances en famille ou entre amis à San Sebastian. Nous avions l'appartement de 1 chambre + canapé lit hyper confortable !! nous étions avec deux enfants en bas age et vraiment c super confort et pratique avec eux. l'appartement est à 500 m de la plage et de toutes les commodités : supermarché, tapas et shopping !!! Bref je recommande vivement et surtout je reviendrais c'est sûr !!

How do damage deposits work?
