Certified 4* rated city centre apt within easy walking of attractions, restaurants, pub life, night clubs, shopping (including Victoria Square & Castlecourt centres), St Georges Market, Belfast Cathedral, Waterfront Hall & Odyssey Arena, Ulster Museum, Botanic Gardens, Queens University, theatres (including Grand Opera House & Lyric) etc.

Titanic is just a short 5 min taxi ride and we can fast track you in without having to book in advance as is required.

“beyond exceptional”

a most comfortable luxurious stay at a wonderful apartment, full of everything one needs, everything has been thought off to make your stay a pleasant memorable one. yet again looking forward to staying again next year in such comfort and not having to worry on conditions of the apartment . i highly recommend this apartment , would never stay in a hotel after this.

I travel to Belfast annually and the accommodations don't get any better than this! Warm, knowledgeable and responsive hosts! Clean, comfy, and well stocked accommodations. Ample space. Off street parking, and reliable wifi. Easy access to Europa Bus Centre, city centre, St. George's Market, the Lisburn and the Malone Roads, the Cathedral quarter and more!

The owners were prompt and very helpful with our stay and went the extra mile to make sure it was great. The location is right in the middle of Belfast, walking distance to everything downtown and about a 15-20 minute walk to Titanic museum.

These self catering apartments are lovely. The owners are really friendly and there to help you. They kept in contact with us the full duration of our stay.The apartment was ver clean and just like home. The beds were really comfortable. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone.

“Great address in Belfast”

Stephen and Jane are a very nice couple. Their apartment is very cosy, well-equipped (washing machine,dish washer, 2 hair dryers, 2tvs, oven etc) and next to the city center (about 10 mn from the city hall on foot). We had a lovely time in Belfast.We loved the recliners!

“The perfect home from home”

Having lived in Belfast and wishing to re-create that feeling of belonging each year when we return, we have tried a number of guest houses and self-catering apartments. Once we happened upon Stephen and Jane's apartments, however, we never looked back. The apartments themselves are spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoroughly equipped for short or long stays. The location is absolutely perfect for walking to city centre or the Queen's Quarter and for getting a cab or a bus to other parts of the city. Tesco and a host of restaurants, shops, and pubs are steps away. But far more important is the care and attention that Stephen and Jane lavish on their guests. It is no wonder that we have to book our June stay in January--the word is out that this is the place to stay in Belfast.

Had a great time staying in Stephen and Jane's apartmemt, they both made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again. Apartment is in a residential area but is five minutes walk from the city centre. Close to nice shops and bars.

6 of us stayed in this apartment over bank holiday weekend and it was the perfect place to stay whilst visiting Belfast. The location was really central so that we could walk everywhere and the service provided by Stephen and Jane was excellent. They were really accomodating to all our needs and were really friendly and personable which made staying there a pleasure. The apartment itself was gorgeous, it felt like a posh hotel but for 1/3 of the price! They had everything we needed and it felt like a real luxury staying there. I'd definitely stay there again and really recommend it to anyone.
