Response from the manager C'est apartment est pour couples ou familles avec 2 enfants. si vous voulez rester 4 adultes (2 couples) dans un apartment de une seule chambre pour 400 euros la semaine (14 euros par personne par jour), je crois que c'est meme trés bien , parce que pour ce prix vous ne trouvez pas rien. Alors, je crois qu'il faut tenir tout sur compte, qu´' on oublie toujours quel est le prix qu'on a paye á l'heure de faire les evaluations. On veut l'apartment petit avec le petit prix et alors on oublie tout et on pense que c'est pas bien pour 2 couples.... cést vrai, cést apartment nést pas pour 2 couples. ce n'était pas l'intention. Je ne peux pas controller les reserves online et je dois dire que c'est jus qu'a 4 pour les familles, mais si vous me demandez mon avis...

Response from the manager I sent you about 5 emails about all directions that you were not bothered with replying..... It could be helpful when you rent an apartment that you read the emails coming from the owner. Most of problems come from people who don't read.

Response from the manager Samantha your plane landed 45 minutes before schedule, not so usual. We do check times, but not used to such early landing, I think you should have guessed that was the reason. In fact you arrived 15 minutes before the time you said you would arrive. Also, instead of calling, you sent an email saying you were there. I am quite fast with email, in fact I was fast, but I dont read email every second. You have instructions for eveything in English all through the apartment and you can call me or email me for free from the apartment. It couldnt be easier, If there was a way to give you the keys directly as I have managed to do in other apartments, you would not really need anyone to explain. In this apartment we prefer to do a proper check in to help with luggage, even though it should not be a suprise the lack of elevator as it is explained on the website, and mentioned in almost all comments.

How do damage deposits work?
