“No a/c during heat wave”
I stayed here several years ago and the apt. Was fine. This summer Paris had a heat wave. Of 90 degrees everyday. The air cooled down a little after 2 am. The apt. Has a window in the room plus one in bathroom but no cross ventilation. There is one small fan. The apt. Location is very convenient: 10 minute walk to the Louvre but watch out for groups of gypsies on the Pont des Artes.
The apartment was as described snd although small was fine for our 6 night stay. Great to have a washing machine! The location was great - very central and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It is a bit noisy of a night if you need to leave the windows open. The staff at My Time In Paris were very helpful and friendly and answered all our questions.
“Great little apartment in Paris”
My husband and I stayed in Studio Paris St Germain Rue de Buci for 5 nights from 21 Oct 2013. This apartment is in a perfect location close to supermarkets, bakery, great restaurants. It has everything included, was very clean, the bed is very comfortable, wifi is excellent and with lift access. Caroline met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. We would stay here again without hesitation.
“Great little gem in the heart of Paris!”
We grew to love this little apartment by the time we left. It has a great feel inside with nice light flowing in most of the day in spring. At first it did seem smaller than the photos, but more than adequate and cozy for two people. The location is amazing. Such a lively street with so many great coffee shops, restaurants, and patisseries within a stone's throw of your door. We were hesitant to rent due to the sofa bed but it was very comfortable and quite big for two people. The rental office was on the same street and Caroline met us with a warm welcome and bottle of wine. Upon departure, Caroline walked us to our bus stop to make sure we caught the correct line. We did not have change for the bus, so she simply helped us out with the bus fare! A truly appreciated gesture when we needed it most! We would return to this great little spot anytime!!
“Best Location Ever, Great Service”
From initail contact (Florida office)to rental agreement (so easy with credit card) to on-site great service to refund of deposit, this company was a joy to deal with and eased all apprehensions of our first ever apartment rental. This studio apartment is in the greatest neighborhood on the Left Bank; every attraction, and there are many in the 6th arrondisement,is within walking distance even in the rain. Food markets right around the corner, famous cafes at every step, fantastic restaurants, night life, always felt safe walking, the Seine and Metro station 2 minutes away. It was perfect for 2 senior women, lovely linens, plenty of towels, great kitchen area to stow our pate and champagne, plenty of closet space. So much of our exhilirating time in Paris was the sense of coming "home" every evening.
My wife and I spent six nights in this very quaint and comfortable studio. What it might lack for size is more than offset by the location and the accomodations. The location is ideal for walking to the Seine and virtually all the sights you can take in all on foot. The metro and buses are also very conveniently located for longer excursions. The neighborhood is out of this world for ambience, night life, and access to shopping. By the way, don't let the sofa bed scare you. It us very, very comfortable. Should we come back in the future, this is where we would want to be. Caroline and Morgane are very gracious and a pleasure to do business with.
“Great location with all the requirements”
First time to Paris and stayed in this apartment for four nights. Had all the requirements and more for the 'tourist' stay that I was undertaking. Booking was easy and then met by apartment manager when I arrived. She provided a handbook and maps which I found invaluable for my stay. Add in a complementary bottle of red and I was rather impressed. Location great as just downstairs is all the food markets you need for a week long stay. Look I had some reservations initially about this place but they could not have been further from the mark. Excellent location, excellent service and very good pricing. To finish off the stay I was met again by the manager whom organised transport to the airport for my flight.
“My perfect time in Paris”
My time in Paris was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had in a long time! First of all the responsible Caroline Pinto is a very helpful, smiley and an extremely kind person, who helped us to find a traditional 'French' apartment in the centre of the Latin Quarter. She found exactly what we were looking for, an apartment in the heart of Paris. The beautiful, clean and well furnished apartment was situated on the top floor with a terrific view of Paris and not far from some of Paris's most important and beautiful monuments. The location was also close to the metro and bus station allowing for easy and convenient travel. When we entered the apartment, Caroline had the kindness to offer us traditional French sweets called macaroons. We thank her very much for her help and for our unforgettable time in Paris!!!
