“Outstanding Value in a Great Location”
We stayed at the Studio l'Etoile in June with our 6 month-old son. The owner, Pascal, was very helpful and communicative leading up to our trip, helped us track down a portable crib that we could use for our son, and was waiting for us when we arrived in Paris, making the entire booking/check-in process as easy as possible. The apartment itself is very clean, modern, and well-furnished, and is located in an excellent part of the city, on a quiet street just a few blocks to the arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. There is a supermarket nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, which means you have to be ready to carry your bags up a few flights of stairs. However, we would gladly stay again the next time we are in Paris - it is an excellent find and a great value
Response from the manager Dear Craig, Dear Lauren, thank you so much for your outstanding review. We are looking forward to welcoming you again at Studio l'Etoile.
We had a wonderful time in Paris and part of the reason was Pascal and the apartment we rented. From the first email I sent to the very early check out (due to our early flight) Pascal was extremely nice and well mannered, on time, knew what he was doing, and just all around very helpful. The apartment was perfect for our needs; it was very close to public transit, half a block away from a good grocery store, very clean, quite modern, and in a really good and quiet neighborhood.
“Nice little studio, quiet and well equipped”
Stayed there for several days in May. Excellent overall experience, would go back in a heartbeat. Located in a small side street, right off avenue Victor Hugo and a mere couple of blocks from Etoile. Excellent communication beforehand. At check-in, Pascal took care of patiently explaining all the amenities. The apt itself has a small but nice modern bathroom, a kitchen area with bistro table, and a very large and comfortable bed. Space-wise, it would be perfect for solo or couple stays, but a stretch (despite the sofabed) for three (even a child). The photos on the website give a good impression of the place. Highly recommended!
“Excellent studio rental, great experience”
Staying at the studio was a wonderful experience, a much more authentic and comfortable one than staying at a hotel at a better price. The rental was impeccably clean and well-taken care of and very modern with many additional amenities that one might find in a chic, top of the line hotel. It was in a quiet and very convenient location for exploring the city by foot as well as getting to/from the airport by bus or metro. Getting to know Pascal was a pleasure. He was exceedingly nice and helpful, suggesting places that we were interested in visiting. Overall, highly recommended!
“Beautiful studio close to major attractions”
My stay in Studio l'Etoile was excellent in every way. I had originally planned to stay in another part of Paris, but there were problems with that studio and my host offered this studio instead. I'm so glad I accepted the swap, taking me into a part of Paris I didn't know. Pascal welcomed me with wine and coffee, showed me where the shops are and answered my questions. The studio is very quiet - I was unaware of other people in the building most of the time. The view onto the courtyard provides plenty of light without noise. The kitchen is very well set up for anyone who loves to cook. All the necessary shops are very close so no need to carry shopping far.
Location is really excellent two blocks to the arc de Triomphe and its main avenues Champs Elysees. You have two metro stations and one supermarket at the corner. The apartment have all services and necessary items. The building has not lift and if you walk all day is really bad at your return. The checkout takes much time.
When it comes to renting an apartment in a city you're not familiar with, knowing you're in good hands is almost as valuable as the comforts of the place itself. The testimonials speak for themselves in regards to the apartment: It was clean, convenient, and comfortable. But Pascal, the owner, deserves the spotlight here. Warm and willing, Pascal contributed to our stay as being one of delight. He warmly greeted us, made us feel at home, and gave us a little walking tour of the area. He even went to great lengths to make sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. His honesty and dedication to his guests is without equal. Be assured that if you rent with Pascal, you're in good hands, free to enjoy the beauty that is Paris.
“Fantastic accommodation Experience”
"We truly enjoyed our stay at Studio L'Etoile in Paris. You could not ask for a more ideal location to get around to all the major sites in Paris. The metro and bus service was less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment, as was the arc De Triomphe. Despite being so close to the avenue Champs Elysees the apartment was very quiet as it was located on a dead-end side street. There were numerous restaurants, bars, butchers and bakeries nearby and the grocery store was a stone's throw from the apartment. The owner, Pascal was most accommodating and was available to us day and night if we required any assistance. The apartment was extremely functional with all required amenities at our disposal. We would strongly recommend this location to anyone seeking high end accommodations at a very reasonable cost. Ron & Linda Fauvelle Canada
