“fantastic location, lovely appartment, will love to come again, and recommending the place to all my friends.”

Reviewed 28 Feb 2015

We had a wonderful stay over the valentines weekend in Budapest. The appartment was in a perfect location, a stones throw from the Danube. Close to the food market, metro etc. we felt very centrally located, yet it was a quiet peaceful appartment. We had everything we needed there, and the shower was really powerful, which was appreciated. We hope to go again to this appartment, as it was just perfect.

“A* apartment.”

Fabulous modern apartment right in the heart of Budapest. Situated in walking distance to the market hall, chain bridge and all the major attractions. Superb value for money and the landlords couldn't have been better to deal with. 100% advise anyone to stay there!!!

Me and my partner have recently had a 4 night stay in this apartment. It has everything you need and is in great condition. We were more then impressed Joanne who was in regular contact with us leading up to our stay and was more then happy to answer any questions we had. The location is fantastic with all the sites within walking distance. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We got excellent information From the Joanne and Tony, they went out of their way to help us and answered everything we needed to know they were marvelous. Our arrival was welcoming and we got very good service from the agents. the apartment is spacious ,secure, had wi-fi,dvd plasma tv,aircon, and most useful a washing machine and lovely modern kitchen microwave etc.we were pleased to have an elavator, the location is so convienient close to transport, the lovely market, close to the liberty bridge and Danube.we enjoyed our stay there, close to everything.Decent wardrobe for clothes etc. loved the shutters...was peaceful at night.we were happy there,,, just one thing the bed was rather low...especially for seniors. other than that we really enjoyed our stay there...there were books to read and dvds to watch. many thanks to Joanne and Tony.

Response from the owner Very kind, thank you. Best wishes, Joanne.

“Great location!”

Great location for exploring the city. Staying in an apartment gives you a taste of how the locals live. Apartment clean and comfortable, providing all the basics needed for a stay. Lots of information and suggestions available to guests since staff is not on site. Market, shopping and sites within walking distance. This was the first apartment I'd ever booked online for a trip. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of booking. The apartment exceeded my expectations.

“A first class but low cost riverside apartment!”

We wanted a place to rest our heads during a weekend break to this wonderful city. If you require a luxurious stop over then this perhaps not for you.If, however, your need is for a comfortable, peaceful, quietly stylish and well equipped apartment at a reasonable price then may I suggest you look no further. The service was faultless from start to finish. An excellent itinerary was provided and the English speaking agent met us on time, as promised, on our arrival. The apartment itself is very well maintained and has all that one might reasonably require. A comfortable bed, fast wireless, tv etc, iron and lots and lots of books! Also, the bathroom succeeds where som many others fail. A large sink, powerful shower and very efficient hot water! In terms of location we could not have asked for more. As you stand on the doorstep of the main entrance to the block to your left you have the main tourist strip leading into the city and on your right you have the the Danube in all it's romanticised splendour. You must venture to old town Buda as to not is a crime. The Geller is well worth a visit and try to wander past the centre to take a look at Parliament. Hungarian cuisine isn't upto much but your gastronomic wants and desires will be adequately catered for nonetheless. Finally, and for those who don't know, the Hungarians are immensely proud of their national drink, an aperitif, which goes by the name of Unicum. Fear not, your senses have not left you. it really is called Unicum and is entirely fit for human consumption! Enjoy your stay!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a reasonably priced, but nice place to stay in Budapest and luckily stumbled across this apartment on Trip advisor. It was everything we hoped for and more. It was in a great location, we could walk everywhere and the apartment itself was lovely. I was worried that it was going to be quite small but in fact was more than big enough for us! The air conditioning was very useful aswell! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a short stay in Budapest!

“Perfect location”

Reviewed 3 Oct 2011

This was the first time we visited Budapest and the apartment's central location contributed to a very positive experience. The apartment was comfortable, big enough for the two of us and had all the amenities we needed. The literature specifically maps that were left behind by previous renters was greatly appreciated as we had a difficult time locating a tourist office until the end of our trip.

“A Comfortable Stay in Budapest!”

Reviewed 8 Sep 2011

This is a comfortable, spacious apartment for 2 people in an ideal location for sightseeing. It is in an historic looking apartment building with Hungarian charm, but the actual apartment has been updated recently and has modern conveniences such as a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, and a DVD player with a wonderful collection of movies to watch after a hard day of walking around. It was close to some good restaurants and the Food Hall, which was fun to shop at. The owner responded promptly to our questions about how to run the washer and the shower and was eager to please. I would stay at this apartment again.

“Comfortable, convenient and clean”

Reviewed 16 Aug 2011

The apartment had everything we needed, nice touch that the basics, toilet paper, milk, etc were provided on arrival. there were plenty of towels and bed linen, air-conditioning worked well, the kitchen was well equiped. Location was great for us near the Central Market; the pedestrianised Vaci Utca makes a pleasant walk home. The apartment is on the edge of the central map, but close enough to almost all of the Budapest attractions, and near very good public transport, if required. If there was a view of the Danube from the apartment, it would make it perfect!
