This 18 sqm studio apartment is located rue de Richelieu, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement. Opening on a quiet courtyard, on the 3rd floor with elevator, it can welcome two people
The living room is furnished with a double bed with two bedside tablets, a dining table with two seats, a built-in-wall wardrobe, a flat screen TV set and an Internet connection.
The open kitchen has two electric plates, a refrigerator, a kettle, and all the necessary dishes and kitchenware. (Microwave on demand for monthly rental.)
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and toilets.
