Description
• Sea view house (120 sq.m, 10 stairs up, sleeps 5 ).
Three bedrooms offer plenty of light and an airy atmosphere with most of the rooms boasting views of the sea and the garden. Interiors are large, light and spacious with furnishings displaying a mix of traditional Greek and modern facilities, The lovely sitting room has a large bay window seat to take advantage of the sandy beach and sea view. The entrance leads to the dining room and living room, equipped with a fireplace, which adds an antique touch to the otherwise modernized house. Thick stone walls provide an authentic backdrop whilst keeping the house cool during the warm summer months. Outside, a sun lounge area overlooks the beautiful sandy beach, the ideal place to enjoy warm summer afternoons. There are two verandas with excellent view.
A lovely bright spacious Sitting / Dining Room with a large bay window offering stunning views out to the sea/garden/ countryside/ Chania town, with two sitting areas, fireplace and the dining area. (It also features a double sofa-bed. TV, DVD player, video and CD/radio). A classic cosy dining room with eight comfortable dining table seats.
A fully equipped modern light kitchen with all appliances for a comfortable stay (refrigerator, electric oven and ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, and independent heating system for the winter.)
A Double bedroom with fantastic view across the bay, the garden and the mountains, a Twin bedded room with fantastic view across the beach, the garden and the mountains and a Single bedroom with fantastic view across the sandy heels, the water and the garden too.
An elegant bright bathroom with shower, washing machine, hair dryer and towels.

Everywhere you turn there is a careful attention to detail that provides a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
Also provided hammocks, cribs, table-tennis, rackets, and seating corners to relax in the shade.
A swimming pool of 30m2 will be in our plans for season 2023

Two outdoor dining areas : one in north sea view terace with two beautiful tables, one in the garden-patio with a lovely table with ceramic tiles, comfortably seating 8-9 people.
Three additional outdoor showers, Hair dryers, Hot water boiler, Fireplace, Private parking space up two cars.
Services: Bed sheets / towels change: twice per week, Baby cot upon request
The whole villa can be booked only by one guest, one family, or two friend-families or relatives, but only by one booking. In other words, if you were more than 6, you would take the whole house. Since you were 4 people, you did not need the downstairs space, but we are not aloud to host strangers at the same time as you. This is one villa and depending on the number of the guests, we give one or both spaces.

“This is a first class property, equipped like a home, not a rental and a front row seat to the beach.”
This was our first trip to Crete and won't be our last! We loved the location of the property and the surroundings. It's a 40 minute walk down the beach to Chania town. The beach is just over a minor road away and very picturesque. The beach is bordered by rocks on one end and there are beautiful water pools to explore if you walk up the hill and look down over them. We visited at the beginning of April and it was beautiful and warm. The wind was strong the first day and then died down. The beach was very safe for even young children. The house is close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. Our group was composed of us two parents, our four children, ages 13 to 4 and a set of grandparents. The house is set up perfectly for being together but also having your own space. The sea view apartment has a wonderful wooden deck that has a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. The property is large and completely surrounded by a fence and gates which keeps everyone feeling secure. There are grocery stores a short drive from the house and even a few small stores within walking distance. The beds were on the hard side. Natali is very helpful and offered to change sheets and towels during our stay. It is nice to be able to park the cars inside of the gates. Everything is in very good shape and Natali definately has a good eye for color and detail.

“Wonderful Holidays”
We have been 2 weeks in November. Its perfect quiet in this time in chania. The House is direct by a wonderful beach. The Beach is sandy and flat to go in. All in the House is working good. The kitchen is better equipped then at home. The Chimney in the house gives warm in the not so warm evenings. In the low season all the Taverns around the beach are closed, but with the Rental Car are you in 5 Minutes in the town where you find all lot of Restaurants, Pubs and Supermarkets. The owner are nice and uncomplicated. For us it was the perfect Holiday!

“Great property, fantastic location opposite a beautiful beach”
This great property stands almost on the beautiful beach of Chrissi Akti. The house comprises two apartments, one is two bed and the other three bed. The garden has a lot to offer too, plenty of spaces to be in or out of the sun, there are even hammocks, a full size table tennis table and toys for children. We flew to Chania airport and got a taxi. We didnt need a car. There are local restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. When we wanted to venture into Chania itself, we took the bus - the bus stop is only 30 seconds walk from the property. Buses are all day up to 11pm and run three times an hour. It takes about 15 minutes into Chania. This property would suit couples wanting a quiet holiday (like us) families or larger groups. The apartments are very well resourced, there is everything you would need. The golden, sandy beach is clean, the sea is gently sloping and if you want to rent them, sun loungers and sun shades are available. Natali and Iannis are very helpful, friendly and welcoming and very good hosts.

“A perfect holiday in a beautiful house by the sea”
We spent a perfect week at the house. It's both ideal for relaxing and for activities as swimming (10 m to a nice sandy beach, very clear water) or table tennis (in the garden). Shops are in walking distance. The location is also perfect for exploring the northeast of the island. The house is very generous in space and equipment and decorated with very good taste. You can walk at the beach to the beautiful city of Chania. The garden is very nice with hammocks and outdoor kitchen and shower. We fully recommend it - especially for families.
