“Modern apartment/great location”
The apartment was modern, clean, very well lit and fabulously located. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed many good restaurants in the area as well. Francesco was a gracious and accommodating landlord who had information in the apartment for restaurants, sight seeing, maps and almost anything else you would want. We very much enjoyed our one month stay in Rome at this comfortable and well-appointed apartment.
Best location in Rome, everything close by, Pazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, Vatican, ... the apartment is very equipped and great for a stay in Roma. We will come back for a fourth time. Thanks Francesco.
“Stylish comfortable apartment in great location”
We loved our week long stay in this stylish apartment in the centre of Rome, just a short walk from the Centro Storica and Trastevere. Francesco is fantastically organised. Everything was labelled, there were clear instructions about all appliances, and a wonderfully helpful list of local recommendations. We tried several of the suggested restaurants and all were good. Thank you Francesco for all your help.
“Everything you need for a great Rome vacation, all in one spot!”
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We had rented an apartment on a previous trip to Rome and it was a very good experience. However, Francesco goes above and beyond to ensure his apartment has everything needed for a carefree and pleasurable vacation, from toilet paper to CDs of Italian music. Unlike our previous apartment, we had only to purchase the food we wanted for breakfast and our romantic wine, bread and cheese evenings on the quiet terrace (the first bottle of which was provided by Francesco upon our arrival). We left the living room windows open around the clock so we could enjoy the sounds of the city, from the church bells to the chatter of people in the street below. But we could retreat at any time to the quietness of the bedroom in the back of the apartment. Complete kitchen, good AC and Internet, glad for the washer/dryer that allowed us to pack less clothing. Easy access to restaurants and sights. We used the Number 8 tram a number of times since it is so close. And we completely enjoyed Electric Bus 116, a little 12-seat bus we boarded in Camp de Fiori that wanders the side streets of Rome on a journey from the Vatican to Villa Borghese and back home again. Francesco did a superb job; the reservations were easy, the communication was often, the apartment delightful. We'll be back!
“Great spot for a Roman Holiday”
My wife and I spent a week at Francesco's lovely apartment near the Campo dei Fiore. The location was great--just steps from CDF, five minutes from Piazza Navonna, and 20 minutes from the Vatican. The surrounding area is wonderful with many shops and restaurants, San Andrea della Valle church, and winding streets that make for great exploring. The apartment was so comfortable and quiet, with the bedroom at the back looking out onto a private terrace. Everything worked as required, including the wifi and washer/dryer. Francesco was very easy to work with, made sure we knew how to contact him if anything came up, and offered good suggestions for meals in the area. We would be thrilled to stay there again if we return to Rome. Absolutely recommended.
“An exceptional apartment in the heart and soul of Rome.”
Francesco has done everything to make your stay in Rome more than just a visit. The location is perfect for enjoying every aspect of Roman life. From the intimate streets, the local shops, the neighborhood trattorias , you are instantly immersed in the daily life of Rome. Clean, modern and spacious, this apartment is ideal for those people who want to truly enjoy this great city.
“You should rent this apartment!”
This is our fifth apartment rental in as many years, and it is our favorite. Francesco, the owner and agent, is very kind and easy to talk with as his English is excellent. His apartment is very clean, well-appointed and well-decorated. He has thought of absolutely everything that a traveller might need, down to spare umbrellas, multi-lingual guidebooks, and extra toiletries. We had a minor problem while in the apartment, and Francesco quickly took care of it, after which he kindly gave us a bottle of his homemade limoncello. It is apparent that Francesco cares for his clients and wishes them a wonderful experience in his city. It is also apparent that he has tremendous pride in his apartment . We hadn't experienced this with our previous rentals. Lastly, the location is perfectly situated as we walked everywhere (Vatican, Colosseum, Trastevere, Via del Corso, to name a few areas).
“Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location”
Francisco's apartment exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect location to explore the heart of Ancient Rome. The apartment has been cleverly renovated by Francesco, providing everything necessary for our seven day stay. We were picked up at the airport by the limousine at a cost of 50 euro which removed any uncertainty about transport after our 24 hr flight. We were met at the property by Francesco at 7 am. He was very thorough in going through everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area. His suggestions for restaurants, directions to the local suqpermarket proved to be extremely helpful. His complimentary bottle of red wine was greatly enjoyed on our first night. The surrounding area was indeed a constant source of interest with the tiny shop fronts hiding exciting shops and small business' going about their daily chores. The area was mostly quiet and very safe and we slept well each night. We wandered the cobblestone alleyways always feeling safe. We would strongly encourage you to enjoy a wonderful week in at thisb great apartment. We will definitely be back.
“Great apartment, fantastic location, wonderful host”
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome at the Campo dei Fiori Hi Tech Terrace apartment. Francesco has been terrific, being here to welcome us after our long flight from Australia - fresh coffee and a smile to greet us. Francesco provided us with local information (places to eat, mobile phone shop etc). We had one problem in the apartment whilst we were here but after contacting Francesco, he was able to come and deal with it promptly. The apartment was very comfortable. We cooked a couple of meals at home and the amenities available were great for this. Wi-fi/internet was great to have and worked well. Thanks again Francesco for welcoming us to Rome. Hopefully we'll be back.
This apartment rental was the best we had on our trip here in Europe. Francesco is super from booking the reservations to checking us in. He thinks of every detail and responds promptly . He is the best host, he had espresso and fruit waiting for us upon check in. The kitchen is gorgeous and design. The place is immaculate and modern. You could not get a better location. I loved the terrace, I wish we had the chance to use it. There are directions for everything in case you are not use to foreign appliances and the place is really outfitted for foreign travel. We would love to have stayed longer but hope to come back. If you can book this place, get it! I can see how the summer this place will go fast. We loved the nearby market. I walked to Vatican and everywhere from here (fountain, colliseum, etc). I dont have any real complaints as this place was excellent, I guess to make this place from a excellent to perfect would be that we prefer firmer mattresses but honestly you walk so much in Rome you are so tired you fall and stay asleep you wont mind. Bravo !!
