Description

500 sq ft. studio. Fully furnished smoke free and pet free studio with a queen bed, dining area to seat four, and comfortable living area with a 42" internet TV. Large bathroom with heated tile floor and large kitchenette to prepare meals. Kitchenette includes fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee pot, induction cook top, crock pot, and large toaster oven. Fresh linens and towels provided. This apartment has its own entrance into our home and is completely private. Wifi, local TV, and Netflix are included.

There is only one queen bed but an additional queen air mattress and linens are available on request.

Guests will have access to a washer and dryer for stays longer than 5 nights.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to private key-less entrance and designated parking area in our driveway. You are also free to use our backyard which includes a play set.

Interaction with Guests

We usually check in once, but are just a knock, call, or text away. We love sharing our favorite stores, attractions, and restaurants.

The Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is very quiet, but conveniently located to shopping, dining, and other attractions in Lynchburg. Although we are outside of the city you will enjoy a nearly traffic free commute to Liberty via easy access to 460. The commute time to Liberty is 15 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE THE 30 OLDEST REVIEWS ARE FROM A PREVIOUS LISTING. My family moved locations and renovated a very similar space. The location is different, but the amenities and service is the same if not better than before. When we listed our new property Flipkey carried the reviews over.

My husband and two children joined me in Lynchburg during my weeklong intensive course at Liberty University, and we enjoyed our five night stay here very much. This rental was decorated with lovely details. It was roomy and pleasant. The bed, air mattress, and bedding were comfortable. The homeowners were very quiet upstairs, and although my children got loud at times, they never complained. My children were welcomed to play in the backyard and on the play set. We also enjoyed cooking in the corner kitchen. We were able to use the internet without trouble and were glad to have easy access to Netflix. Also, the heated tiles in the bathroom and the oversized tub were luxurious. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Steven (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
