Located at the corner of Peachtree Street and Baker in the heart of downtown Atlanta. You can park and walk to the Georgia Dome, Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, Atlanta Sky Wheel, Children's Museum of Atlanta, The famous Fox Theater, CNN Center, Five Points and the worlds tallest hotel, The Westin Peachtree Plaza.

If you're coming to town for a conference or convention this location puts you near the Civic Center and all of the major convention hotels in the area including the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Marriott Marquis, Atlanta Hilton and the Westin Peachtree Plaza.

Peachtree Towers Condominiums was built in 1962 by the C.D. Spangler Construction Company. At the time, the 23-story building was considered a skyscraper reaching a height of 240 feet and was the tallest residential building in Atlanta. It was the first residential building in the center of the city and now consists of 330 residential condominiums including studio, one and two bedroom units. This well managed and cared for building has a secure entry system and is staffed 24/7 with a friendly and informative Concierge. He/she can guide you to some of the areas best restaurants or assist you in getting a cab should you need one.

My unit is located on the 12th floor and has views of the Georgia Aquarium from its screened in balcony. The space has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a full mean or lite snack. The comfortable living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa and recliner. You can sit back and enjoy your favorite television programming on the 42" HDTV. The private bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, another television a writing desk and a walk in closet with plenty of room. The full bath has a tub/shower combination. The unit was nicely updated in 2011 with all kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, refinished floors, walls and tile. This unit comes with FREE PARKING and IN ROOM WI FI. The building may be 50 years old but you would never know. The common areas and elevators are all newer and the building systems are very well maintained..

If you want to travel outside of the downtown area, MARTA (Atlanta's excellent train system) station is located a couple of blocks south of the building. You can hop on the train and be at the airport in Midtown or Buckhead in minutes.

If you're looking for clean, affordable accommodations in one of the best areas in Atlanta you have found the right place.

“Totally worth it!”

This condo is amazing. It is conveniently located near all the main tourist attractions. All within walking distance. Nice city views from the condo. The condo itself is modern, comfortable, secure & has more than the basic necessities that would make one feel like they are at home. The vibe here is laid back & relaxing.......once you close your door you tend to forget you have neighbors. Everyone is respectable of other residents. Thank you Randall Crum for opening your place to us & making us feel welcomed. We truly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The added gem is the free parking; around downtown Atlanta there isn't too many places you can park for free. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, nicely updated, located in downtown atlanta and within walking distance of everything. This unit was exactly as described. Building staff were friendly and had good suggestions. I enjoyed my stay.

My 18 year old son and I took a trip to atlanta and lucked out finding this condo. We arrived earlier than the check in and were able to have early access (thank you!). I had read the previous reviews about the location, but I had no idea how close this was to everything we wanted to see and do. It is right in the heart of the tourist district with the World of Coke, CNN and the Centennial Olympic park just a 5 minute walk away. The Marta station is even closer, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo itself is cute and comfortable with recent upgrades, comfortable furniture and modern decor. The people in the building were very friendly, we were never on the elevator where we didn't receive a "good morning" or "have a good day" from the tenants in the building.
