Welcome to the Canopy Pool House!

This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is nestled on a private hilltop, where you can admire the wildlife from above the treeline - this is the perfect spot for bird and wildlife enthusiasts!

The beautiful beaches of Playa Chiquita are a short 10-minute walk from the house down the hill. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and private where you will find plenty of really good restaurants and a great grocery store for all your shopping. The beaches are perfect for snorkeling and swimming in the waves!

The house is designed to fully enjoy the surrounding wildlife: especially the third bedroom which is an eagle's nest lookout above the house on the 3rd floor. The other 2 bedrooms are on the second floor and have full-sized beds, spacious closets, ceiling fans, and balconies with full views of the surrounding jungle. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub overlooking the whole forest, you will be able to enjoy any single movement in the forest. The second bathroom is located on the first floor.

Canopy House features Caribbean furniture and decorations all around the place. All bathrooms are tiled and have hot water, including a Jacuzzi bathtub 'suspended' over the forest. Bath towels, shampoo, and soaps are provided upon arrival. There is a gorgeous wooden spiral staircase leading to the second floor, and a ladder-like staircase leading you to the eagle's nest lookout bedroom above the house - great for cocktail hour or reading a book! You have a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a gas stove and have a stock of coffee, sugar, and basic cooking spices.

The gorgeous pool located in the front yard blends perfectly with the luscious green garden around the house.

We have high-speed fiber optic internet available on the property for everyone who must connect and work on their holidays in the Caribbean!

This property is a nature lover's dream with birds, butterflies, monkeys, and beautiful scenery all around.

A 4X4 VEHICLE IS NEEDED TO GET TO THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!
