The property features waterfront with 80 feet of dock space. 28ft covered boat slip. Three bedrooms/3bath. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances/utensils etc. needed to prepare your catch of the day or taking advantage of all the fresh fruits and vegetables the village has to offer. Indoor and outdoor dining areas with living room space upstairs and down. WiFi internet and cable TV/DVD player provided. Bedrooms all with ceiling fans and air conditioned.

Located on an island in the lagoon, with easy walking distance to all the attractions of the village, our property provides the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. It is on an island but a few paddle strokes (80 ft of protected water) will bring you to the village after a 5 minute stroll. Skiff provided of course. Our property manager will assist with your luggage when you occupy and leave our home. Please be advised. While the vast majority of our guests have had no problems with moving across the canal, it does require a minimal amount of exertion and balance. If there is any question of your physical abilities, please consider this before booking. Read our reviews in this regard. Feel free to contact us with any questions you might have if there are concerns. Convenient parking available near village side landing dock. Grounds landscape with a variety of tropical planting along with Coconut and Royal Palms.

Built by Local Mennonite craftsmen over 20 years ago. Interior and exterior all finished out with tropical hard woods. All cabinets/counter tops hand made from the same. The result is a unique blend of true Belizean living and modern convenience. Your favorite part of the stay will become enjoying the cool evening breeze, watching the fishing/tour boats glide by your front door step, while sitting on the upstairs veranda.

Two stories with full 360 view from the covered veranda. Caribbean to the front and beautiful Maya mountain view to the rear. Location and design provide cool/comfortable living space and bedrooms are all fully air conditioned if needed. Futons in living spaces plus bedrooms allow for comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6.

If sailing and need a little shore time, 80 ft of dock available, along with power and water for extra fee. Deep water dock. Fuel services etc. available a short distance up the canal which fronts our property.
