Description

We know our Villa located 3.5 miles from Disney's doorstep will be the perfect fit for you and your family. We strive on one main item that many villa's do not, keeping it clean. When you walk into a villa you want to feel like its your home, clean and comfortable and unlike many other's that is how we run our villa. Our villa also includes a fenced in 26' pool with a jacuzzi which allows you to spend time with your family for hours that is completely private from any neighbors. If you are able to pull yourself away from the pool/jacuzzi the villa includes a game room, with a pool table, table tennis, an electronic basketball game, and x-box 360. There are many books, DVDs and board games for your entertainment. The home has an open floor plan which allows for plenty of room for all members. There is a park directly around the corner for the children to play and if you would like to take a ride, there are many shops, restaurants, and family fun 1 mile away.

The villa has a large lounge area, well equipped kitchen and dining room. There are 4 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite with full baths, and a covered lanai and pool area. The Villa is fully furnished and air conditioned and the garage has been fitted as a game room with a full size pool table, electronic basketball game, Table Tennis table-top (for on top of the pool table), TV/VCR/DVD and Xbox 360. There are also a selections of DVDs, Videos and Xbox 360 games for all of our guests to enjoy.

The villa is an open plan with patio doors leading out to the screened in pool and covered deck area. The yard is also completely fenced in for privacy. All doors to the pool are alarmed for safety. Outside by the pool is a BBQ grill.

As well as the 'cool' facilities like the pool and TV/VCR/DVD players we also provide the following essential equipment

The Indian Creek community includes basketball and tennis courts. Also around the corner from the villa is a public park that includes soccer nets and a playground.
