Description

A renovated apartment ideal for 4 to 5 persons, is located in the heart of Zagreb in street Cvjetka Rubetica, near Salata Sport and Recreation Center (tennis, handball, outdoor swimming pool, fitness,..). The apartment lies on the top of Schlosser's stairs and it is a short walk (1 tram station or 7-10 min) from the Zagreb Cathedral and the main square (Josip Jelacic square). The apartment is 48 m2 and it has all you need for a pleasant stay during your business or tourist trip: a living room combined with kitchen and dining room and separate bedroom. Kitchen if fully fitted. There is a bathroom with toilet and additional toilet room. A parking space is in the yard just few stairs away from the entrance to the apartment. Apartment has WiFi flat rate Internet included in the price. There is a flat LCD TV in the living room plus one in the bed room with 48 channels.

“Wonderful apartment, loved our stay!”

I can recommend this flat without hesitation. We are on an around the world, six-month trip and this flat is one of the best that we have stayed in on our entire trip! It was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed). The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and crockery. There are two flat screen televisions and a washing machine in the flat. Everything was very modern, sleek and clean! The owners were very nice too and prompt at replying to emails. The location is fantastic. Just a short 5-10 minute walk to the main square and cathedral. On one side of the flat are stairs going down to a main street where you can get a tram or find a supermarket (Spar). On the other side of the flat are stairs to a famous pizza place (very good) and a wine bar! The street itself is quiet and the garden area outside is peaceful. The only thing that I didn't like is that the street light shines into the flat at night. Even with the blinds closed, there is still light coming into the flat. It would be great if there was also a heavy curtain that could be used to block the light out. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Zagreb once more. As a side note, we really liked the Blue Bike tours of the city.

Ovidiu Iosif / Romania I and my family spent a week in Zagreb while we lived in apartment Kata, where we felt very well. The apartment is recent renovated, modern, clean and has enough facilities at high standards. It is located in a green and quiet area, very close to the center of the town (5 minutes, walking) and offered us the possibility to quickly reach the most important places of the Zagreb. It has free parking, very important thing for the town, were usually the parking must be paid. Also, we appreciated a lot the warm hospitality of the Brzica family, Mrs. Iva and Mr. Tihomir, their solicitude to meet our demands. This apartment is, really, a very good solution for accommodation for a family trip, and not only, in Zagreb.

I stayed here for a week in april and I must say it's absolutely impressive. The apartment furniture and is all completely new and it has everything you will possibly need (full kitchen equipment, 2 LCD Tv's). Everything is very well made and clean and I felt like at home. It's in a quite location (zero noise at nigth)yet 7-8 minutes by foot from the central square, caffe's and anything you need. Brzica family were always quick to respond to any of my questions and they handled my stay smoothly. Nothing but good words, can only recommend to anyone.
