Description

The guest house has a queen bed upstairs (large combination master suite/living room with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans and walk out to deck) and bedroom with 2 twins downstairs, bathroom on first floor, AC throughout the house (central downstairs and remote controlled mini split upstairs), washer/dryer, 42” flat screen TV with Direct TV Service, DVD Player, Stereo with IPod dock, Grill, outdoor shower, hardwoods downstairs and carpet upstairs. It is a short walk to downtown Vineyard Haven a short drive to many popular beaches and is on a quiet dead end street with its own driveway. Perfect for small families (of 4 or less) as when kids go to bed, adults have upstairs suite for watching TV or sitting outside reading on the deck.

How do damage deposits work?

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
