Description

Superbly situated near Boulders Beach, Simon's Town, with a 180° view of False Bay stretching from Muizenberg in the north to Cape Point in the south. Felsensicht is a 4 star, ultra-modern, large, attractive and wonderfully comfortable home. It is beautifully furnished with all mod cons. All necessary linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans etc are provided.

We are a 2-minute walk from Fisherman's Beach and a 20-minute walk from the world famous penguins. We can accommodate up to 6 persons in 2 double rooms and 1 twin room. The accommodation is self-catering. Children are welcome. Please note that we are a non-smoking establishment. Internet is available gratis throughout the house.

A complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week.

Large screen TV with full bouquet of Satellite TV as well as PVR rewind/recording facility.

GROUND FLOOR: Large lock-up double garage and storage area.

MIDDLE FLOOR: Open plan kitchen, dining-room, lounge; guest bathroom; scullery; glass-top stove with oven; fridge-freezer; microwave oven; washing machine; dishwasher; tumble dryer; Jetmaster fireplace; satellite TV; underfloor heating. Large outdoor, sea-facing patio with a magnificent view; Weber for barbecues as well as a gas barbecue.

UPPER FLOOR: 3 bedrooms each leading onto a sea-facing patio; 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) with bath and shower.

RATES are quoted per day for the house (max. 6 persons)

High Season (October to April 2020 – excluding Peak Season period): R4190.00

Low Season (May to September 2020): R3525.00

Peak Season (15 December 2020 to 15 January 2021): R5740.00

Interaction with guest

We have a caretaker who looks after our property and does our meet and greet and guest departure. Please call/Whats App him 3 days prior to arrival to let him know what time you will be arriving (arrival as from 2.30 pm and departure as from 10 am). On the day of arrival, please contact him again to confirm your exact time of arrival. He will meet you, hand over the keys/remote, show you around and answer any questions you may have. He has a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding areas as he is a tour guide himself. Should you have any problems during your stay, you are welcome to contact myself (Gail), my husband (René) or our caretaker. Enjoy your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gail (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
