Our first priority has always been the safety of our guests! You can rest easy and trust in our high level of cleanliness standards at The Gettysburg Retreat!

This gorgeous 1853 Pre-civil war home located on West Middle Street in downtown Gettysburg, has been restored to its time of the 1800's with the original wood floors and decorated in a Gettysburg Theme. Also there is Beautiful Handmade furniture made by my Husband. This spacious home consists of Four bedrooms (queen size beds) dining room, living room,Two Full Baths, Laundry Room and fully equipped kitchen. There is two parking Spaces right out the back door.

We do have our Certificate of Use and Occupancy from the Gettysburg Borough and we are in Full Compliance with the PMCA

Located in the historic downtown of Gettysburg, PA two blocks west of the square we are within walking distance of numerous restaurants and eateries, shops,and art galleries. It is an in-town location so if you are looking to take in the local shops and eateries then this is the place for you! Free parking is hard to come by in downtown Gettysburg. We offer 2 off street parking spaces for our guests and can provide parking for extra cars. Park your vehicle and then take the local trolley to get around Town!
