Gorgeous oceanfront villa located in the exclusive community of Les Terres Basses, La Dacha is a stunning 5 bedroom cliffside villa offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring island Anguilla. La Dacha is a refuge of peace and serenity where visitors experience luxury in the heart of a beautiful lush tropical garden. A romantic stone path pulls you to the house where the majestic entry provides a glimpse of the turquoise sea water.

This villa now includes a private chef and waiter for two of your daily meals (food and beverages are additional).

Inside, the main space is spectacular with elegant furnishings. A refined and comfortable living room with many sofas offers all the comfort you need to enjoy the latest A/V equipment. A pool table shares the same space. The furniture is in precious wood, with sublime Italian marble marquetry, and luxurious fabrics all in a palette of turquoise and beige. This amazing main space is connected to a shaded outdoor living space decorated in a Moroccan style with large sofas and stylish cushions, a beautiful floor made of colorful mosaic tiles, and wrought iron gates with fragrant plants mixed in for additional privacy.

The large kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, has a central island and two bars to share moments of conviviality. A dining table with comfortable chairs faces the pool for breakfast. A second dining room is perched on the edge of the terrace to enjoy the sea breeze.

Three bedrooms are on the main level with direct access to the pool: one with a king bed, one with two queen beds (2 persons max in this bedroom), and finally the master bedroom with a king bed and a shaded private terrace and dramatic views. On the lower level you will find two bedrooms with independent outside access via stone staircases - one with an incredible underwater window looking into the pool and the second a junior master suite with a refined private living-room. The five bedrooms all have air conditioning, private bathrooms and dressing rooms while a few benefit from outdoor showers overlooking the lush garden or the sea.

The oversized infinity pool overlooks the clearwater of the sea. On either side, sunbeds and lounging areas allow guests to enjoy the sun from morning to evening and La Dacha is ideally located to enjoy the colorful Caribbean sunsets.

The villa has a wonderful gym nestled in the lush garden facing out to the Caribbean Sea. Access to the gym is from a stone pathway and its remote location provides the utmost privacy while working out.

Long Bay and Plum Bay beaches, two of the most beautiful white sandy beaches, are only minutes away. The villa is conveniently located a short to the dynamic and festive nightlife in Maho and a further 20-minute Simpson Bay neighborhoods for great restaurants and live music. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are only 5 minutes at Porto Cupecoy or Nettle Bay while the international airport (SXM) is only 15 minutes door to door.
