Lovely lawns welcome you to the front of the home with the rear garden providing a pleasant outdoor reteat to relax and enjoy.

Public transport is close by - the bus stop to Perth City is at the end of the street (20metres walk) and Bayswater Train Station is 5 blocks away; a 10-15minute walk from the house. It's a 12 minute train ride to Perth City and 7 stops away from Bayswater. Trains generally depart every 15minutes during the off peak times and more frequently during peak times.

How do damage deposits work?
