This is a beautiful vacation rental with brand new furniture plus wonderful artwork and decor! This pet-friendly, 1-bedroom unit with 1 bathroom and a 4 star rating has a full kitchen, microwave, pellet stove, 2 flat screen TVs (46" flat screen TV in the living room), 2 DVD players, 2 stereos with a cd player, free wireless internet access, an iron with ironing board and 2 phones (one in the bedroom). It also has a 1-car garage (has a 79-inch clearance height, vans/large suvs/vehicles with roof racks might not fit), This unit also has a view of the Village Gondola and a patio overlooking the complex BBQ/Jacuzzi area. The living room has a queen fold-out couch with a new mattress and the bedroom has a king size bed. There is one flight of stairs to reach this unit and it is all one level inside. This unit sleeps up to 4 people. Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.

We enjoyed the condo, great location where you can walk to slopes. Nicely set up to cook. The downside is a least one more heater is needed for the living room area.
serviceable lodging...if you don't mind trying to keep the franklin-style stove with fan (with an extension cord across the carpet to supply power to the fan) stoked to heat your space (could not keep the fire going)...alternative = an electric "box" heater (not kidding) plugged into the wall for the main space and a midget wall heater in the bedroom...1960's electric stove...and "original" tile counter and sink...and cabinets...you get the picture...there is a one car covered garage...don't take your girlfriend there to impress her...you'll stay a bachelor...maybe a plus!!! look elsewhere...

Its nice, clean and comfortable condo. Close to the lifts and dog friendly. Love the nice folks at Mammoth Reservation Bureau they are always acomodating and nice to work with. I highly recommend using them.

We had a wonderful time at mammoth and in the condo. The condo was very nice and enjoyable to stay in. We would like to stay in this unit again. The staff at mammoth reservation bureau was very helpful and polite. What also made the trip enjoyable is that we got to check in earlier than the posted check in time. Thanks again to the staff at mammoth reservation bureau. Looking forward in staying at the same unit again.

A very nice place with everything you need for a great stay. Very quit neighborhood and a garage for your car. This place was perfect for just the 2 of us to stay but had 8 for dinner and we had plenty of room.

The condo was beautifully decorated snd very quaint. Everything you beefed fir cooking , comfortable bed and furniture, and nice views.
