This is an absolutely beautiful vacation rental with vaulted ceilings, unbeatable views and a 5 star rating! This fantastic 3-bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms has a full kitchen with new countertops, microwave, gas fireplace, 4 flat screen TVs, a DVD/CD player, theater surround system in the living room, washer/dryer, a phone with unlimited long distance, free wireless internet access plus a balcony with patio furniture and a BBQ. It also has wonderful view of Sierra Star Golf Course, Crystal Crag, Mammoth Mountain and Mammoth Rock. The living room has a queen fold-out couch, the third floor has a single fold-out couch, the master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds where the bottom is a double and the top is a single. This unit is on the ground floor with 3 levels inside. The entrance is on the ground floor and there is one flight of stairs up to the living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom located between the 2 bedrooms. The third level has a reading/lounge area and the master bedroom with en suite private bathroom. This unit sleeps up to 10 people. Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.

“Good Deal”

This condo was very nicely decorated, with an all-year holiday theme, and very well cared-for. The location was great. The cleaning service needs some supervision, but nothing major. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked, and there were games for the family. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, too. One warning: If you are not Christian you might feel uncomfortable, because there is a big cross in the living room and the master bedroom, and lots of Christian-themed items in the home.

Our trip started with reservations thru Mammathrentbyowner.com. Their units was very dirty and smelly and had not been cleaned. Horrible. Do not use this company!!! We drove to Mammoth Reservation Bureau that got us the Mammoth Green 208 unit. Company was amazing in helping us out of the bad situation and into Mammoth Green. The unit was amazingly cute and clean. Looked recently remodeling with great decor, very comfortable beds, and kitchen that was totally complete with everything you could ever need including 2 complete sets of dished depending on casual or fancy. We would go back to Mammoth Green in a heartbeat!

Ok, had a great stay at Mammoth Green with all my friends. Although not the best place if you want to be close to night life, it's a good place if you want to be close to ski slope life--reasonable walk to Eagle Lodge. However, didn't exactly sleep 10 comfortably, the pull out couch on the top floor was the most uncomfortable POS I ever slept on, and they're counting two queen sized beds to fit the 6 people on. The place is nice and outfitted with plenty of entertainment. On the other hand, we had some psycho misanthrope neighbors that just came into our unit on the 1st night yelling at us for being loud instead of simply asking us to turn the music down. Overall, good place. Will keep in mind again for a large group in the future.

This condo was beautifully decorated and in a new complex which includes a pool. Well kept up and had nice appliances and a great view of the golf course from the balcony. Sleeps 7 in regular beds plus another 2 on a sofa bed in the living room.

Love the place, perfect accommodation.The unit is very big, with lots of sleeping quarters to suit ten people. It is located on a golf course, which suits a golfer but definitely not necessary. Meet local deer and squirrel, and apparently the bears frequently visit. In June, there was still snow in the hills, which was good for the kids

Upon signing, I did not get a receipt. The condo smelled like a garbage disposal. My first 24 hours included being on the look out for spiders. 2 were the greeting party. No snow, no cold weather
