“Great place/ Great location!!”

Reviewed 25 Feb 2014

Very cozy condo right in the village and just minutes from mountain! Great, helpful and friendly staff too!

“just ok”

Reviewed 4 Jul 2013

My husband son and I recently stayed here for some fishing fun. The condo with one room wasn't very clean. The rug was really dirty and bathroom faucet leaked. Other than that not to bad. The onsite manager was really nice and helpful. It is in a great location too! Regardless we would stay there again.

“Great location for weekend skiing.”

Reviewed 27 Feb 2013

Mammouth Reservations made it easy once we'd picked our location for a weekend rental. Didn't need the car since restaurants were within walking distance and the New Village gondola was a just as close. We do love Mammoth.

“Great Getaway Location”

Nice, very clean and well equipped for a week getaway. Would certainly stay here again.

“Cozy condo”

Reviewed 25 Feb 2012

This condo was a nice fit and is one of the newer condos in mammoth. The dining table is high and round with high nicely padded stools that lead to the balcony loaded also nicely with stacked firewood. But use the wood that is dry and stashed under the fireplace; there were two small ziploc bags of fire stick starters and matches in front of the fireplace that we did use but the newspapers left under the fireplace were better starters. In the bedroom be mindful of your head if you walk to the other side of the bed where a nice flat screen tv is hung. Bathroom shower/tub is a little tight. The sliding door latch was very difficult to open and close - reported that to management when we dropped off the keys. Parking lot is underground and secure with rollup doors; great during winter; there is no elevator from parking to the condo floors, inconvenient when unloading/loading - couldn't find loading area. Entire building is secure with push button code panel above all doorknobs. Indoor jacuzzi and pool were close by in a separate location; enjoyed the large windows for the view and especially the one right in front of the jacuzzi that was open to release the chlorine steam while enjoying the sun. This condo is on the first floor at ground level; on the last night, the dwellers above were stomping around for hours starting at 4:30 in the morning!

“The Blizzard”

Reviewed 28 Jan 2012

The weather was terrible but the condo was fine. Easy check in and out. We chose the unit because of it's location close to lifts, which hadn't changed. Overall a fine time. We would return to this unit.

“we had to wait 3 hours for toilet paper”

Reviewed 25 Jul 2011

checked in around noon on a walk in. when we got to the room there was no toilet paper what so ever. the wife and a i waited around for an hour for the people to stock the room. nobldy showed. we called room serice through your number no body answered. we called the reservation number finally somebody answered. they said there on there way another hour went by. we noticed there was no clenex or paper towels either. i called again and once again they said there on there way. finally they show up 3 hours later thanks mrb. there was dust and spider webs all over the place. and tell the owner they need a cooktop oven not a range.

Response from the manager Thank you for your feedback! We have already had a staff meeting addressing these issues this morning. Our housekeeping staff will be sure to send an inspector over to make sure the condos are stocked for our walk-in customers before they are allowed to go to the unit. They will further see if it needs a touch-up cleaning (especially this time of year when some units have been vacant since winter). We would like to offer you 15% off a future stay if you choose to stay with us again as your experience this week was completely unacceptable. Our entire management team extends our apologies.
