This is a beautiful, light-filled condominium. It is a studio and a loft unit with 2 bathrooms and a 4 star rating. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireview woodburner, 2 TVs including a 37" LCD flat screen in the living room, a DVD player, 2 VCRs, stereo with a cassette and cd player, internet access and a phone. It also has a wonderful forest view with the Sherwin Mountain Range poking through the trees. The living room has a queen fold-out couch and the loft has a queen size bed. There are 32 stairs to reach this unit and it has 2 levels inside. The entry level has the living room, kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. Upstairs is the loft with another bathroom. This unit sleeps up to 4 people. Walking to the Village Gondola from this unit is considered 3 blocks including a long steep driveway to reach Lake Mary Road. Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.

Great location and cozy unit for 2-3 people, near the indoor Jacuzzi and a quick walk to the Village. Was under some repair at the time but nothing major, could use a little updating. Probably not ideal for older people as the unit has many stairs to get to the door. Watch the stairs inside they are very narrow!! For the price, location, and convenience it was a nice place.
“a great time”
We have used the Mammoth Reservation Bureau for many years and they have always been kind and helpful and very pleasant. This particular time there was a possibility our reservation would have needed to be cancelled (and we didn't have trip insurance) or postponed because of a death in the family. I spoke with Cole who was so completely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I appreciated his willingness to do what he could.
This place is nice and cozy. It is pretty centrally located, although it's a bit of an uphill trudge with skis in boots to walk to the gondola. But, it can be done! The hot tub is great and so is the sauna. The plumbing needs a little reworking and the unit could stand some more meticulous cleaning staff. It's not the best deal I've found in Mammoth but not the worst either. If you look early enough, you can likely find a nicer place for the same price. We booked it last minute so I can't complain.
“Great little cabin”
This was a very nice quiet little cabin with good furnishings. We liked the outdoor hot tub. 5 min walk from the village, which is the new downtown Mammoth Lakes. There is no wifi though.
“Great place but one ten minute shower MaX”
I liked this condo unit. Renting process efficiently done. Complaints: not clear how to open flue on fireplace-so I did not use it. Main problem was the tank for the unit only has enough water for one ten minute shower. This was a hassle. Overall, however, a nice unit for a good price.
“No Snow...Who cares!”
I cannot say enough good things about all the staff at Mammoth Reservations Bureau and Hidden Valley. Leah, Colin, Craig...everyone made our stay just splendid...every request we had was met with kindness and accommodation. Hidden Valley is not the lap of luxury but it's location and style were just perfect for my wife and me! They even referred us to the Black Tie rental service which i also highly recommend...door to door service and don't forget to tell them MRB sent you for an additional discount!
Great location, clean, able to check in early and check out late!
