This is a really beautiful condominium! It is a nonsmoking, 1-bedroom and a loft unit with 2 bathrooms, new carpet, new tile and a 3 star rating. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireview woodburner, 2 flat screen TVs (including a flat screen with high definition cable, bose speakers and an amp in the living room), a DVD player, free wireless internet service, stereo with a cd player and 2 hairdryers. The living room has a queen fold-out couch and a single fold-out couch, the bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has a queen size bed and bunkbeds where the bottom is a double size bed and the top is a single size bed. Two futon mattresses are also available in the closet. There are 3 flights of stairs to reach this unit and it has 2 levels inside. The entry level has the living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs is the loft with another bathroom. This unit sleeps up to 6 people. Walking to the Village Gondola from this unit is considered 3 blocks including a long steep driveway to reach Lake Mary Road. Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.

“Cozy cabin-like condo overlooking the trees and snow!”

First and foremost, Mammoth Reservation Bureau is very easy to work with. They are very helpful and nice. They coordinated (4) 1 long weekend a month, for 4 months in this condo. Excellent adjacency to the nearby Village/Gondola - just a quick walk away... no need to wait for a bus. Mrb also coordinated Mammoth Taxi for us as we flew in from la - they bill direct to your condo reservation so no need to have more cash on you (well, except for tip, of course.) The condo keeps warm and the fireplace is great. We have 2 trips with 6 persons and it felt spacious enough that we were not in one anothers way - 2 bathrooms is a plus! My only 1 comfort complaint is the pillows (flat) - I brought my own from la each trip.

the condominium was furnished exactly as described. there were no was very comfortable for 4 was easy to live there for 6 nights. great location, only a 5 minute drive to the base of the mountain.

The unit is fine, clean and close to the Village. My daughter lost her retainer in the unit, we called housekeeping and it has not as yet been located. If anyone finds it, please give Mammoth Reservation Bureau a call for us

This was a wonderful experience! Very easy getting checked in and the place was wonderful. The couch bed had mostly broken springs which was a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, the whole place was wonderful! Heat worked great and got nice and warm in there. Location was great and so nice to be easy walking distance to the village!
