Description

This is a very cute and comfortable condominium recently remodeled with granite in the kitchen and new couches! It is a nonsmoking, 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms and a 4 star rating. It has a full kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, fireview woodburner, 3 TVs (flatscreen in the living room), 3 DVD players, stereo with a CD player/iPod docking station and a phone (wireless internet can sometimes be picked-up from neighboring condos). This rental also has a partial mountain view and a private attached 1 car garage. The living room has a queen fold-out couch, the 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds as well as a folding twin bed in the closet. There is one flight of stairs to reach this unit and is has 3 levels inside. The entry level has the dining room, kitchen and sunken living room. Upstairs are a bedroom and a bathroom. Up 3 more stairs is the second bedroom with a bathroom. This unit sleeps up to 8 people. Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.

“Close to lifts!”

Been here twice. Love this place. Walk to lifts and it cant get better than that. Remodeled spa and showers were awesome.

Very nice pleasant condo. Great living room and kitchen. 2-queen bedroom great however the other 1-king bedroom door cannot be closed or opened all the way as it's very tight when using the folding rollaway twin bed. We loved how close this unit was to Canyon lodge. We would rent this unit again.

We stayed with friends from la. My daughter and I are from Il.the condo was very nice other than the frig was off when we got there. Took a bit to figure out the outlet was bad. Also mold was growing from the water line to the frig. Otherwise a nice stay. Loved the location to the village, just far enough away.

Mrb staff was very responsive and detailed as well as accommodating. The place was even better than described and super close to the lifts. Very homie, spacious, and with everything one needs to have a great skiing trip.
