This is a nice and light-filled, nonsmoking, 1-bedroom and a loft condominium with 3 bathrooms and a 3 star rating. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, internet access and a phone. This vacation rental has a nice scenic view. The entryway has a twin size futon, the living room has a queen fold-out couch, the bedroom has a full size bed and the loft has a bunkbed and an additional single bed. There are 28 stairs from the parking garage to reach this unit and it has 2 levels inside. The entry level has the living room, kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is the loft with another bathroom. This unit sleeps up to 7 people. Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.

“Great location and value.”
Great stay. Really like the location. The only down side was not being able to park a large vehicle in the garage.

The unit was clean and comfortable and the MRB staff were very helpful when we had forgotten items at check out, etc. There were 2 issues though: 1. the hot tub would not get hot which made it unusable. 2. the television remote in the living room would not work (the TV did, just not the remote)
