This is a cute and spacious, 1-bedroom and a loft vacation rental with 2 bathrooms and a 3 star rating. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireplace, 2 flat screen TVs (one in the bedroom), DVD player, wireless internet access, a stereo and a phone. It also has a 2-car garage. The living room has a queen fold-out couch, the bedroom has 2 single beds and the loft has a queen size bed. There are 17 stairs to reach this unit and it has 2 levels inside. The entry level has the living room, kitchen, the bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs is the loft and another bathroom. This unit sleeps up to 6 people. This unit has a 2 car garage with no clearance for large vans and SUVs. Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.

I stayed for 3 days at this unit which I really liked. It has vaulted living room ceiling and a loft. However, It does not have internet access which is really important as coverage with cell phone was poor. Also it has an old tube 32" TV which is below par.

Generally satisfied with the experience. The place is billed as having a stereo but there were no speakers to be found. Very disappointing for music fans. Otherwise, the place was acceptably appointed and had the benefit of great natural light. Exterior stairs are dangerous for little kids but workable. Keys have been dublicated too many times and take some finesse to lock and unlock the front door. Not the best value at holiday rates but will check back on off-peak pricing.

We were extremely happy with the way that MRB was able to find excellent accommodations on relatively short notice (2 weeks ahead of time). The Condo at Courchevel was excellent in every respect. (The only downside was that the Pool, Spa, and Gameroom were closed for renovation, but we have encountered this in the summer at other units, as well.) We have used MRB a number of times and have always been happy with their recommendations and selections. Thanks again!
