Description

This is an expansive, nonsmoking condo, rated as a 4-star, with a partial view of the Sherwin Mountain Range. It is perfect for large families or small groups. Unload right at the front door after a fun day on the slopes or on the lakes or trails. Relax in the indoor heated pool, spa or sauna. Then walk or take the bus to the nearby restaurants, theater or shops. You can enjoy cooking in the well-appointed kitchen or out on the balcony patio gas BBQ. The dining room table and counter seats 9 comfortably. Sleep in one of the 4 bedrooms which feature 2 kings, 1 queen, a bunkbed, a single bed, and queen sofa sleeper in the living room (11 people maximum). There are 3 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer. Other features include 5 TVs, a DVD player, stereo, & wireless internet service. The unit has 2 levels and is warmed with forced air and wood stove. The entry level has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry nook. Upstairs is the living room, kitchen and the master bedroom with a bathroom. This 1800 sq. ft. condo is waiting for you! Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.

“Great Place to hang out”

We had a group of 9 people staying on a long weekend. We got this vacation rental in a good price (considering we booked just couple of days before the long weekend of Memorial Day). The arrangement was very nice and there was everything one could look for a peaceful holiday. Surely a good place to visit if you have a large group.

My family has stayed in CSN 29 a number of times. It is always very well equipped and in good condition. The parking access is excellent. It is well lit for those who wish to read. The bus is right at the front door. Whats not to like?

It was very nice place..Perfect place for Families.I even saw Bear at night.It was fun overall.I liked the room's it was spacious.The kitchen amenities was full.

My husband and I rented this condo for a week in august. Our married children and baby granddaughter came with us. The condo was perfect! My husband and I had the main floor master bedroom, and all the kids/grandchild had the bottom floor. We loved the accomodations...very comfy! We used the gas grill many times, as well as the heated pool and tennis court. We enjoyed being able to walk to the park with our granddaughter, and even to Vons and other shops/restaurants. We are not skiers, so we really enjoyed being in Mammoth in the summer to see the sights and enjoy nature. Hope to return next year.
